If you’re looking for a fun and welcoming bingo experience, this is NOT the place. The staff clearly plays favorites with the regulars, so if you’re new, expect to be treated poorly. I went in just to have a good time, minded my own business, and was singled out by the male manager, Jamien. Although he seemed friendly, he pulled me aside to say my shorts were “too short” because people were supposedly complaining. It was humiliating and completely unnecessary. Instead of focusing on actual customer service, he seemed more interested in policing outfits. I was so embarrassed that I cried for most of the second session, which completely ruined the night. On top of that, the floor workers had no clue what was going on and couldn’t even explain the games.

The only saving grace of this experience was one female employee who came to apologize on behalf of the manager and the entire situation. (Sorry I didn’t catch your name, but you know who you are.) I truly appreciated your kindness. Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to make up for how awful the rest of the night was. Save your time and go somewhere that actually appreciates...

Came in early to play the 3 on games before early bird, the person that sold me my bingo games informed me there were no early games. At 6:30 he proceeded to the bingo machine and started playing the early games I asked about and was told they were NOT being played tonight. This is not the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time this has happened. For the lying to my face makes me not want to come anymore. If there was another bingo hall I would play there and not here. I won’t come back for awhile. Seems they have their favorite customers who are allowed to play the 3 ons...

Who doesn’t like a fun game of bingo? There is plenty of room and it’s good entertainment. My only suggestion is the chairs are old and yucky, they need replacing. This is a non smoking facility so no gagging on cigarette smoke. You can bring in your own cooler with cocktails and food and snacks. If you just play paper it is good cheap entertainment. It you better be paying attention, because those callers don’t mess around! ...
