I've only been to this specific taco bell once, but it was pretty disappointing because they messed up our order. Normally this is easy enough to fix. I just call them and they add my name to a list and I come back for my missing item at a time that is convenient for me. Not this time: I had to come back in the next 3 days. And some lady in the background is screaming that she made it over and over. I'm not saying you didn't make it, I just didn't get it. Maybe it got put in the wrong bag? Anyway, we were having a little party at home and then leaving town for the weekend, so this 3 day thing wasn't going to work for us. So we could lose out on our item or come back and get it right then. We had picked up a pizza for the kids when we discovered the issue, so we weren't thrilled to have to turn around, but went ahead and did. So we get back there and I head inside to collect our item. A lady greets me at the counter and asks what I would like. I explained I was there for my missing item that we had called about. She says ok and heads to the back. I stand around for a good ten minutes watching them make a bunch of food for their drive thru. Finally another worker approaches me and asks if I'd been helped. I explained the lady had helped me and I was just trying to get my one item that I was missing and my pizza is getting cold in the car. The workers argued a little bit in the background about a messed up order. I'm not sure if it was mine or not but was not necessary to solve my problem... anyway the guy gives me my food finally and a drink cup for the trouble. I will say the food was pretty good and that guy that finally gave me my food had good customer service skills but that man alone couldn't really make up for the otherwise unsatisfying customer experience I reviewed from the rest of the team. Didn’t seem like a difficult order since I’ve ordered this before at other Taco Bell’s. Seems these employees have already had they’re spirits broken. Not sure if this is due to the job, town or just a horrendous attitude. They show no motivation to do a job they eagerly cash a check from. I’d understand if this was some type of community service but it’s not. It’s a job. This job should motivate you to either pursue a food services career or quit and find something else. Half of the Staff is not friendly at all, zero customer service skills and the manager I spoke to was rude. I don't yell or act uncivil ever, I asked for a manager because my order was terribly wrong. She literally blamed me over the accuracy and rolled her eyes. When she asked her staff to correct half my order they were talking about me while doing so. Unreal! Never coming to this location anymore even though it's closest to me.
