McDonald's — Restaurant in San Angelo

Placed an order for McMuffins at 10:15am. It successfully charged my card and got the email it successfully went through. Drove up to the store and by the time I was walking in got en email alert saying order was canceled. I specifically placed my order 15 minutes before that 10:30 cutoff. When I arrived and gave them my order number from the app (it was still showing my order was ready) he said they don't have breakfast as they just switched to lunch. I understand that I placed the order 15 minutes ago. He then changed his story and said that it was canceled and they never made it. I said when did you cancel the order cause I placed it 15 minutes ago? He said I dunno it never made it to us, it happens a lot, we never made it. Are you serious? You charged me, order went through, it showed on your end the order was placed. It showed on my app to head to the store and pickup! All you had to do was leave my order in the warmer and then transition the grill from breakfast to lunch! It wasn't an order at 10:28 or 10:29 or last minute! You just didn't want to make it and hurry up and switch the grill over to lunch 15 minutes BEFORE the schedule says to! Unacceptable. Will never use the app or come to this...

Always my favorite late night stop.. lesson learned I guess for making a quick last min stop for food. never have I had a bad experience with this one location until last night. granted it was 15 mins til close, I was running late from work and it's on way home plus I'm there almost as much as the workers are .lol. but I ordered chicken sandwich and fries, one of my normal orders. from past experience, I know it takes longer then a few mins to make that order, the chicken anyways... the meat was luke warm and hard, the fries were barely warm and hard as well. I didn't get to go back casue I had left and then they closed. but I'm going to let the daytime manager know his nighttime manager gives out nasty disgusting tasting food just so he can lock up and go home, he's.always not known for the nicest...

We came in at 9:40, asked if they were closed, and the manager rudely replied “we will be in a minute”. The app says they close at 10, but he told us 9:50. There were three workers, a manager and 2 girls. They all had very unprofessional attitudes. When I placed an order of 6 items, the girl in the back said “seriously with 2 minutes left?” The manager taking my order rolled his eyes and sighed with annoyance with every item. I repeatedly said thank you and was appreciative of them taking our order, and it was met with an eye roll or just ignored completely. The staff could really use a brush up on their customer...
