Very bad experience! I ordered through the app and told them when I arrived and still had to wait a good 15 minutes. When they brought my order they forgot my straws, jalapenos, the gravy for the chicken strips and the cheese sauce that supposedly says comes with the pretzels. I told them about it and they said they were on their way and 15 minutes later NOTHING! I pressed the button again and they said they were making the gravy fresh so it was taking a while .They came back and still forgot my jalapenos! By the time we got our stuff the chicken strips were cold but we still ate them. We ate there and my son wanted another pretzel so I ordered and this time I asked nicely if they could remember the cheese that comes with it .We waited and waited! Then I press the button and asked why it was taking so long for the pretzel and they sounded as if they were confused and never got the order!!! They finally came back with the pretzel and wouldn't you know it they forgot the cheese sauce!! Ugh!! I called a little later to speak to the manager and was telling her I wanted her to be aware .she said her name was Marisol .Instead of apologizing all she said was ok! That's it .Not I'll look into it or thank you for bringing this up . Nothing! I don't expect a free meal but you would think a manager would show more concern. I'm guessing the employees are following her example and just don't care about...
Read moreI just want to say that this place today had the worst person taking the order. She couldn't hear what was being spoken when I was three inches from the speaker. The person pissed me off after asking three times in a row what I was ordering. They were laughing in the background from inside the Sonic. Then she's blaming us for talking loudly when my wife and friend were talking ten feet away. I yelled it out and she then gets all pissed because I yelled it out. Next she gave me the wrong drink not once but twice. When you spend more than twenty bucks at sonic every other day if not every day. We should be treated better. I do have to say Never have I experienced this kind of treatment, nor continue to get our orders wrong at any other Sonic in San Angelo, TX! Read moreI just purchased a fish sandwich from one of our local Sonic.....it was the most horrible fish sandwich I have ever had. I've had fish sandwiches in the past from Sonic, and usually they are good, fresh, hot, crispy. But the fish sandwich I got today was burnt around the edges, the lettuce was old and discolored, the fish itself was discolored and it looked like it had freezer burn. I was really disappointed with the Sonic food service today. I can guarantee you that I will not be a customer of Sonic for a very, very long time.......Sonic.....you need to train your employees better, or hire a manager with good work ethics that checks on his employees from time to time to make sure that they are doing a good...
