Never had a problem here but ordered food online and wasn’t given the option to purchase extra limes and when I go in to pick up my order asked if I could get just a few they are so stingy they can’t even afford to give you any at all just because they don’t allow you to order them online really like I paid almost 30 dollars for food and you can’t give me a few extra limes which I would have paid for had I been given the option online but wasn’t and didn’t have my card to pay 50 cents for the limes which they wouldn’t have allowed me to use my card anyway since they have a 3-5 $ minimum purchase on your card really I spend 30 $ worth of money on food and you can’t give me 50 cents worth of limes really sad to know that this place is that cheap and the food is mediocre at best will definitely spend my money else where this place isn’t worth the time of day and I’m glad I...

When you offer aguas and see you are running out, don't wait until you are out and then aren't willing to make more because you are too busy. As the customer I was willing to wait, but told they weren't going to make any more because they were too busy. This made me feel that unless I ordered food then nothing else mattered. I wish only the best and everyone loves their food, just make sure people aren't made to feel that they are an inconvenience. It was a $24 order of aquas cancelled over Angel kiss and Strawberry being depleted and I didn't want to cancel the order and was willing to wait because they are delicious, but they did because I wouldn't chose another flavor and weren't going to make any more any time soon.
