On the website it stated there was a promotion for the naruto collaboration set to release 7/21 ,as we approached the counter no one greeted us ,and all avoided eye contact, we had to call out to be noticed, when they finally came up to the counter we had questions about the promotion, none of the team members had a clue what I was asking, so I asked for a manager, when the employee went to ask she came back and said the manager was in a "meeting" ,so we were left standing for another 15 min ,while we waited there was a gentleman struggling with a ketchup bag yelling out for help ,and no one came and it spilled everywhere , we also noticed some of the employees wearing airpods,which is most likely why no one heard him, which is a huge safety hazard, then finally the manager STEPHANY came out ,and approached us in most unprofessional rude way possible, like we were inconveniencing her,and was being very dismissive with our questions, and acted like she was itching to walk away, I dont know what she was doing back there but, she needs to separate her frustration and emotions from the customers. Another thing I may add,considering how new this location is the soda machines were broken ,and when I went to fill my drink it was just carbonation, and no flavor,so not only are they neglecting their customers ,they're neglecting the soda...
Read moreI had a 42$ order, which was missed up, drove hm to find out the missed up the order. I drove back to confront the manager. She saw me with the receipt and immediately told other cook.. ""42 dollars"" I cant believe this.. she came back and she said wait forAlex from director of operations to let her kno if I can either get credit or my money back she said I ain't getting my money back but they can remake the order.. very poor communication skills, no gloves and bad attitude. They were under staff and I just wanted my money or credit back I told her im going to record the way your being bc it's not right. My kid is allergic to mayo and I showed her the pictures but she wasn't having it. I them told her let me bring the food back and she said she can only remake the order. Im not happy wasn't trying to make a scene. Maybe Mr. Ray can get back to me with credit or my money back. Its not our fault ppl hv shitty attitudes. Do better. I do not recommend this establishment. Read moreLocation just recently opened and during my first visit this morning the Location was understaffed and unprepared for the numerous customers ordering online, on the app, at the drive-thru and inside, in person at the counter. I ordered from home using the app and hoped the order would be ready for pickup at the drive-thru, Nope! Drive-thru was backed up and not moving... went inside and my order had not been confirmed and obviously not prepared, also ordered biscuits and none were available, they placed biscuits in the oven after my arrival. Only 3 employees working, drive-thru backed up, customers dining inside, more customers arriving to place orders for inside dining and take out and 3 employees overwhelmed by the amount of business they obviously didn't anticipate to have on a Sunday morning. Fortunately after a very long wait time I got my order to go and the biscuit, egg, bacon and cheese sandwiches and hash browns were freshly made and delicious 😋 Maybe moving forward service will improve, it needs to, this is a prime location at Perrin Beitel and...
