Great food. No denying that. As soon as I got there the young girl asked what is like to order. So I told her it was my first time and I didn't know as I grabbed a menu. She went dead silent after that.. thanks for the recommendations, suggestions, small talk.. not a word. I figure out my order and ask her if she needs the menu to clean or do I just put it back.. she said just put it back. Ewwww. Now I know I've touched the top menu probably 30 others have touched today. The only hand sanitizer I found and saw was at the drink station. Customers serve themselves drinks. During a time like this, ewww. I was maybe 2 feet away from the guy with the coughing and sneezing kids behind me. The staff didn't wipe down the table after the 2 medical guys left and the couple sat down to eat. They wiped the crumbs off the table they sat at. Even my table had soda drips or something sticky on it so I wiped it with napkins. Seriously the food like delicious, my order was great, I will most definitely return, but only to take to go. The guy that brought out the food was super nice, quietly asked if I needed anything else. I can't risk covid and they're oblivious to cleanliness on the customer tables. For a basic 15% tip on my bill, I didn't get the "service" I minimally expected. My order was right, my table wasn't clean, no one else's was either, not one employee checked on me after my meal was served. No one one hello, goodbye or thank you. I might try their other location, dine in, before deciding to only do take out for this restaurant.

First time I tried them I purchased the zeppole they have powdered sugar and come with a side of chocolate syrup and raspberry dip. They tasted great, but about 4 pieces were still raw. Second visit was today 11-8-22 I ordered the lunch special with two very large slices and a drink came out to about $9.00. I only waited about 12 minutes or so. Everything tastes fantastic, their sauce makes me want to try a pasta with said sauce. I will definitely return, they're new to the Huebner and Babcock area were I've worked over 17 years it's nice to have a decent pizza spot near by. Side note, I waited for my order on their outside patio with seating unfortunately I got but up by a fire ant pile I didn't notice under the table, so be careful. I did alert staff and she was very concerned so I'll sure she'll pass it along to management.

Listen this little place is not that easy to get to, corner lot/ busy street, but wow was it worth it. The young man behind the counter greated us with a friendly hello. He was helpful with explanations. We ordered a large meat lovers, be hungry or ready to take some home. Beautiful crust. Perfect ratio of sauce to toppings. Crispyish. The tip would hang down. We also ordered the lemon pepper chicken wings. If you don't like salt don't order these. If you're ready for a little sodium rush you will be very pleased. I don't usually eat a lot of salt but I couldn't put these down. Tender fall off the bone treats. I heard great things about their desserts but there was not way. Listen, that large meat pizza wasnt cheap but its well worth a payday treat!

Bought 3ea. 18" pizzas. Gottem home and all I tasted was Crust and cheese. I couldnt believe it. Three of us each ate a piece and was so disapointed we threw it in the trash. Nothing like the single slice I ate while waiting for the pizzas which was delicious. I couldnt believe it I just spent $75.00 for pizza that tasted like there was no sauce. I called the manager (the owner son) and he was apologetic then offered to remake the whole order. it was late and i was on the other side of town. too tired to go back. He said he would make them another day. So the following week I called him up Jan 1,2022.. Said he remembered me. I told him the order was an 18" Bacon and Pineapple, 18" pepperoni and Jalepeno and an 18" Magherita. He said I had you down for two. I reminded him the order was for three pizzas. I said how can you put me down for 2 when the order was for three. He said he doesnt have time and cant do it good bye. Would not answer the phone when I called back. .How do you not put enough sauce on a pizza unless they dont measure it. Honestly this is not to slight them anymore than pizza hut or dominos but Pizza Patron has been making the best pizza for a long time and they would have charged me about half of what I gave Capo's.Their large pizzas are 18" as well. I knew that is where I should have gone in the first place. Unlike Capo's Pizza Patron controls and manages their process much better than a bunch of kids tearing down the house because the owners aren't present. This was at Capo's on Babcock Rd, San Antonio, Tx. A nurse at my doctors office recommended them. All I can say is that night they were awful...

In the past I would say this Capos location was always good and would recommend it. Then they closed for remodeling. I was really hoping that didn't mean they would not open back up but they did. Yay, and we were excited to go back. We went there yesterday to see a more modern looking restaurant that looks nice. We spoke with the guy in-charge and he said they hand new owners and something about "trying to franchise" the restuarant. We asked him if the pizzas were the same and if they hadnt made any changes to the recipes. He said nothing changed other than putting on more cheese on the pizza. I don't know if that is a good thing. Like why mess with an already good pizzas. We orders the all meat pizza and hot wings. The pizza seemed to come out really fast, which I guess could be a good thing. However, the middle of the pizzas seemed uncooked and floppy when it never was like that in the past. It was always firm. That's what we liked about it. The toppings also didn't seem to be cooked as far as being crispy. The crust did have that chard crispyness though. Not sure if they turned up the oven to get it out faster instead of letting the pizza cook all the way. Going back to the more cheese comment, I would prefer not to have the extra cheese. You could see it on the pizza where it didn't melt all the way too! It's not a bad pizza now but I guess I'll have to ask for less cheese if that's the case and to keep it in a bit longer. The wings seemed to be the same good wings. Hope it gets better and we don't have to look for another pizza place...
