Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in San Antonio

Upon careful consideration was only wanting a replacement of chicken but was not granted a success and was conflicted by such hasty responses(Rose#@#). Was not sure of attitude that was also subjected to and made attempts to refute that by answering that was not a indication to resolving the problem. I was told basically no luck in hearing my complaint or adjusting my order. Well my bank will investigate and offered to avoid that, but she said no and of course that would have been more easier than not but I'll let my bank take care of that but having to lose business is not smart. Having A customer subject to putting a 0 review is also not good. And sending this to bank is not good for business as well I usually have better success rate this way ty for your time and let others know what may be here. Plus I also have to mention another customer had told me he doesn't frequent this store because they use the same fryers for everything and that's why you don't get the chicken flavor you should. Big fail there. Makes sense and I would complain if that is true. ...

They are hard of hearing he didn't get my okra and fries and the no longer serve green beans so dont ask for them. No spicy chicken or tenders so i was forced to create my order. I usually get the grande famila meal but couldnt because they were out of tenders by 4pm. Not going to this location again im getting out done. Last time i went i ordered 2 meals for my children and myself for work the young lady took my meal off they so i had to add it on and when i got my food i got the smallest tenders which one had hair in it and burnt fries. They remade my order she gave me a couple more tenders but they never get my gravy right. I always get brown gravy but they always give me the other nasty one. I work 12 hour shifts and all i ask is they listen a little better and prep the food a lot better due to it being a fast food place. Yall know people love the spicy chicken so why not keep them on deck or cooked to order. All young people in there. They really need to care a little more about there jobs because its the start of the rest...

They girl named Genevieve take forever to take an order I literally waited 10 mins at the speaker mind you she only had 3 cars one at the window, me and someone behind me. Finally got on the speaker and said she would be right with me okay fine a couple mins later she starts to take my order doesn’t finish & pulls me up to complete my order she couldn’t find the coupon code that I had so wait another couple minutes finally she says I still can’t find the code so I said can you get a mgr to discount it to the price of the coupon okay that’s settled then she says we have been out of corn since earlier but it’s been busy Like why couldn’t you have said that at the speaker. And busy 3 cars is not busy she tried to argue with me about not knowing what’s it’s like to work fast food. Mind you I been in fast food for 10+yrs . I visited the restaurant again recently again waited about 6 mins at the speaker then I ended up just leaving as I’m driving off I see who’s at the window Genevieve again no wonder it took forever she was busy...
