My kids and I ate here today 6/4/19 @ 9:07pm When we arrived the dining area was disgusting, tables and chairs were dirty, had flys and gnats flying around. The manager and crew were very unprofessional and rude. Using profanity, discussing their personal problems, on their cell phones like if they were at home and didn’t have any paying customers to attend to. I literally waited 3-4 minutes until they were done talking and finally noticed me. We finally ordered gave us our food half way into my meal I found a hair (looked like a eyelash or eyebrow hair) mind you NO ONE was wearing hair nets... I told one of the girls in the front she said “ oh it’s just a little hair “ like if it’s normal to her to eat food with hair in it. She rudely asked me if I wanted another piece of chicken or not I said “I guess”. She brought me another piece thankfully my son noticed an ANT 🐜 on it and once again I got up and told another girl about it she looked at the piece of chicken showed it to the manager took it off and said “oh it’s nothing it’s just burnt “ NO it was not burnt I know what I saw and by the looks of how dirty the kitchen was only god knows what else is crawling back there. I will NEVER eat at this location again and I will be advising my family and friends not to as well unless they want to be eating hair and ants in their food. The GM really needs to work on Who they hire!! At this point my kids are disgusted as well and we just threw away our meals. I could have spent my $20 somewhere else!! Read moreSo let's start buy saying that if a shift leader or a assistant Manger is supposed to do nothing but be in their phone no wonder y u can't keep employees. A shift/ Manger is supposed to manage the store, even when short handed. Tell me y the the assistant and was a shift leader is going to complain for 1 and 30 min about people not coming in instead of starting prep. If a none amplier churches can do it y can u. The district manager came into help making biscuits and the store manager was on his phone. So their is no authority as they are desperate to keep him. Complains that he has to help when in a rush. The store needs to be shut down or start listening to what ur employees have to say instead of believing ur store Manger.

Either way once i saw the district Manger not say anything to the manager standing their as we really needed help. Not worth being a shift leader if I can't depend on the store Manger to step in. Another store I was at had a guy named Jesus and would not stop sitting me down talking about God and I asked him to stop. I reported it and nothing happened. So illegal and that y I walked out 5 times and I was the blame of course.

Read moreThis was a very frustrating experience. Worst customer service I've ever had from any restaurant. I had placed an order online ahead of time for a specific time pick up. In the website it charges for the order before it's picked up. Unlike any other restaurant online ordering service besides a pizza place. When i arrived at 8:45 pm which was well ahead of their closing time of 10pm. They stated were already closed. I mentioned the closing time and he said he decided to close early because an employee did not show. Even though there were other employees still working at the restaurant. I told him i had placed an online order ahead of time and i was there to pick that up and he stated they never received it. I then showed him my confirmation. He said they wouldn't charge until i picked it up and since they didn't get it i wouldn't be charged. I then showed him my bank account where i had been charged. He then stated that they don't even think they have online capabilities. I then showed him it was this location the order was placed. I ask him for a solution and he said contact Church's ordering which has no number. I asked for a customer service number and he said there wasn't one.
