My favorite coffee place, I always get the iced golden eagle or sugar free rainbro with sweet cream. But only two complaints: 1. Wait times are awful when it does get busy although most of the time it’s not, and whoever was on drive thru nov 7 2024 at 9:30am, after reminding them that I had asked for no ice continued to put the same drink into another cup making a mess then put another cup under the wet cup and ended up getting rid of most of the cream In the process, now I don’t expect a new drink to be made, although it’d be nice since it was their mistake, but rather for the whole process to be a little cleaner, adding more cream and flavor and not having a wet cup on top...

I love Dutch bros coffee at location on UTSA blvd, the Golden Eagle is delicious and everyone is very friendly, but today I went to the new location on De Zavala and Bacon and it was horrible, no caramel in my drink and I don't know if you use the same milk in all the locations but on this occasion I ended up with a stomach ache, also it's too expensive for me to charge $1.49 for ordering no ice, your drinks are already expensive to still increase that, Starbucks and Brevity have never charged me for that, it was a disappointment today, I believe we will continue to support...
