The owner, Benni, I believe is her name, is so kind and charming. My wife and I love to frequent her bakery after Sunday church, over the nearby Dunkin’ Donuts. She always wears a smile on her face and asks about your day. The dough is always so fresh and the Boudin kolache is the crème de la crème here. The Boudin is a Cajun sausage loosely stuffed with pork, rice and a variety of herbs and spices. She occasionally has surplus donut holes and liberally grants you more than you walked in for.
