Awesome place for Mexican sweet bread. Wow, sinfully delicious! They also have 4 leches cake!!! Yes, 4 leches not 3 leches which is also very very good. Want fresh flour tortillas, tamales, Mexican style coffee, mangonadas or a custom made cake? Then this is the place. They also serve coffee and milk to go with your sweet bread. This place has it all. They even have bacon and egg biscuits in the morning. The ladies behind the counter are very nice and will not rush you to make a selection. That's good because I always have a hard time deciding what I'm going to get. One more thing that makes this place over the top is that it has a drive thru. Great for when you are on the run.

Disappointed Regular Customer I’ve been coming to this bakery from time to time and usually really enjoy the products. But this last visit was a complete letdown. The muffins were raw in the middle, the donuts had a strange off taste, and the churros were soggy—not just a little off, but bad enough that I had to throw most of it away. I spent $25 expecting the same quality I’ve had in the past, and instead got something that felt rushed and careless. If management sees this, I really hope you take a serious look at consistency and quality control. One bad visit like this can turn a loyal customer away—and for me, unfortunately, it has. I won’t be coming back.

🧁 Having cravings, a sweet tooth and live a few miles away or close by and haven’t been by. Well I have to say a must try. My daughter and I wanted something sweet to eat and decided to stop at this location. There is variety of Pan de dulce to choose from including cakes and tortillas. I had a hard time choosing so I just decided on their cute Pink Cupcake. The taste was perfect and delightful. The breading was not too dry nor very moist. The price range was within a bakerys standards. So no complaints here. Cute bakery! The cakes look yummy! 🎂🍰🍥🥮🧁

If you care for an eclair. This is the place for the best cream filled chocolate dipped pastry from heaven. Other Boston Creams and Eclairs will actually sob and cry a little when they hear the name El Folklor. All of the young eclairs from other bakeries get mad at their bakers when they get word of the quality coming out of this little kitchen. The kolaches ! Spicy or not spicy no problem there, and it has double (easy) the cheese and sausage that the other ones do. And the bread is rich and soft and delicious . Whew Did you feel that?.... The one problem that I have with both of my favorites from El Folklor Bakery is that they are so good and really popular, that they sometimes run out. It can be tragic. Build my day around the ultra indulgent early morning splurge and BAMMO I'm just a bit too late. Just passed the last one walking out the door. It's nice to know that other people in the world like the things that I hold dear . Just don't be put off when you are leaving the bakery one morning and hear "hey lady, i'll give you ten bucks and two crullers for one of dem der ah kolaches" It's just me hating myself a little bit for running late. I'm sure that everything that comes out of this place is just as fantastic but i am really product loyal. Enjoy! And if you mention that you read this review you can enjoy an additional 0% off of your order that's nothing whatsoever. Zilch, nada, ninguna. Zero. But why? Why would they? These people sell all of them every day! They are just that good. Plus they have absolutely no idea who I am or that i like to write reviews or eat their food so that's that . Go try em out. You will not regret it. i guarantee it. Of course the retail value of the guarantee is equal to or less than the amount of discount you will get for mentioning ....you get the picture. Zero. Have...

This bakery has awesome sweets especially the donuts. I go at least once a week so this time I decided to buy hot tamales and sausage jalp kolches thinking that they have good sweets so why not buy hot tamales. Will sadly the tamales were still undercooked and not tasty at all (no color) I had bought them for a Christmas get together, so I had to buy chili and cheese to give them some flavor. I will never buy tamales again from there, but will continue to buy the sweet bread for my sweet tooth and for my family. If you go, I don’t recommend the hot tamales because they were undercooked and no red chili on them so they didn’t have a good taste on them. If they were good I would had given them 5 stars. The kolches were ok, I would rather buy them from Valero next time. Giving them a 2 for the raw tamales, but a 5 for the fresh good bread. The service is always so good and fast. Always so clean...

There’s no prices on any of the pastrie window cases, so to start your taking a chance on what your going to get charged, I went in early to buy fresh pan de dulce for my mothers morning coffee, I bought 2 concha’s, 2 maranítos , 2 puff pastries 2 oatmeal cookies my bill was $14.50, the cashier asked if id also like to buy some capilotada and I replied “ No I’ve reached the limit on my budget, she insisted that it was fresh that I should take it, and I said no thank you maybe next time, she sized me up and down rolled her eyes and turned away , geez Louise,,, that was a little to early in the morning to have attitude with your customers, anyway I won’t be going back,...
