Taqueria El Ranchero de Jalisco — Restaurant in San Antonio

This has been our Sunday spot for many years but as of Today, we may be looking for another place to eat at. I went to order our food through the Drive-thru as usual. We had a rude and disrespectful waitress take our order by the name of Maria. She got the order wrong and right off the bat she was frustrated and cussed. She asked, what else she needed to take off while she was there fixing our order. She was rolling her eyes and just having a bad attitude. I stayed quiet. Got my order and left. We get home and half our order was wrong. I called to speak to a manager , the manager got on the phone but as I was talking someone else got on the phone. I'm thinking because she didn't understand English. It was "Maria". She was telling me that I "always call in and say something is wrong with the food". Which I told her was a lie and told her her attitude was bad. I told her we don't complain if the food is good but if they messed up then I'll call in. Sometimes we don't even call in when it's done wrong. We just eat it. She wouldn't let me talk as she was talking over me and at this point I raised my voice at her. She did NOT let me talk to the manager. She hung up on me 3 times!.She said to go in and speak with the Manager and take the food. At this point I am very upset and just appalled at the way they acted and handled the situation. I will be speaking to the Owners. To be treated this way by this Woman named Maria was demeaning and disrespectful. We have spent thousands of dollars here and more than likely...

About tacos at this place yesterday and their potato and chorizo had no chorizo in it I called him back they told me to bring the tacos back I told them that I'm at work and won't be able to they wanted me to save the tacos so I could take them back in the morning so they could inspect them and then they would give me more tacos I went today call them before I went and talked to them the manager said that he would inspect the tacos and then he would give me some free tacos I told him that I did not bring the tacos cuz I was not going to hold him all day cuz I had no refrigerant thing to put them in so he said he was going to charge me $2 I told him that would be okay when I got there to pick up my order nobody what was going on so the girl charge me regular price for everything I ask for the manager he came up to me and I told him that that was not right what they were doing that any other restaurant would have not charged for a mistake that they did told him I would never come back to this...

I have never been treated with such disrespect ever in my life customer service is horrible I live on that side of town and usually go here when I’m craving a taco always have been great except when they mess up an order asking me to come back and they can switch it out. I explained to the lady on the phone that I am 45 min away and at work there is no way I can turn around and leave so she tells me just bring in your receipt I told her but what if I don’t have a receipt I don’t remember him giving me one only my change from a quarter I spent 8 something for 2 Taco’s a coffee and a tea and I still got the wrong tacos but that’s not my issue food services do that all the time my problem is the fact that I was hung up on rudely not once but 2 times on the phone when I asked to speak to someone in charge the only name I got was Gustavo the owner name if I could rate this no stars I would and honestly based solely on...
