El Milenio Cafe — Restaurant in San Antonio

I'm a food lover, obviously, but this place told me after the fact that I ordered the mini tacos that it doesn't come with the bowl of frijoles but yet the picture on the menu showed them there I wanted to get up and walk away but I stayed to at least try the tacos.
