El Nuevo Laredo Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in San Antonio

If you are from San Antonio, and/or are at least a Mexican at ❤️, you know that the best Mexican restaurants in town are the little "holes in the wall" that nobody really talks about, because they don't want people going and crowding up their favorite restaurant. Well, for the last four years I have kept this little place as a secret of my very own, but this morning I realized that the word has gotten out and now I might as well give my review. Delicious! Friendly! I have never returned anything, always pleased, and always full. I would give this restaurant six...

Absolutely horrible service! You can actually see the waitresses and cooks horsing around and cracking jokes while you stand there waiting to get serviced! Then they just walk by you with no acknowledgment to you about your order or no consideration for how long you have been waiting. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY TYPE OF SCHEDULE TO KEEP! WORST SERVICE IVE EVER...

The waitress who took my understood NOT one word I said. She spoke no kind of English. I realized my order was wrong when i sat down to eat it. When i called back they wanted me to take back the food that was made wrong to correct my order. Good customer service??? I think not!!! I will take back my food and i will get my money back! Never again will i go...
