Just had a bad experience at the drive thru. I ordered a large family order with brisket, green beans, hash brown, potato salad, with unsweet tea. When I went to the window they asked me for my bucket which I didn't have. The lady at the window said they charged me for a refill and I said that I didn't have a bucket. The person taking the order didn't ask if it was a refill. They charged me for an additional $2.38 which is the appropriate charge. However it was weird how the person put it in as a bucket refill.
The lady at the window then said it would take 10 minutes for the hash browns and told me to park in the front. I waited 15 mins then called the store asking about status. I didn't want to walk in because I have a foot injury and have to put a special boot on to walk. The person who answered said it would be another 5 minutes.
I then waited awhile longer and decided to put my boot on and walk in. The person who had my food looked confused and wasn't sure who the food should go to. I asked for the manager and the manager was condescending. I told her that I was told the hash browns would take 10 minutes. She responded with it normally takes 15 minutes to restart the oven. I then told her it's been longer than 15 minutes and told her about my boot situation and why I choose the drive thru. I also told her about the weird tea incident. I made the suggestion to her that maybe next time her staff could make a recommendation to suggest another side, etc instead of having to wait 20 minutes for 1 side.
The manager made no attempts to apologize or make my experience any better. I would not...
Read more12-1-2018 CHECK your order before you LEAVE!! THIS LOCATION IS ALWAYS GETTING ORDERS WRONG! SKIMPY WITH FOOD TOO!! I been coming to this bill millers for years and lately it’s been a joke. They charge for every little thing now and they give you small portions of food. My salad only had three pieces of chicken last time and was missing the cheese, bacon, and crackers which always comes with the order. I went and changed my order to the number #1 which was also a waste of money because they put two pieces of brisket that were burnt plus a small portion of bbq sauce inside. It’s ridiculous! Prices continue to go up on the menu and they only serve small portions of food?? I don’t have this issue with other locations. Yesterday was my final decision to go somewhere else. If your the manager reading this please get your store organized and have your employees double check the orders and stop serving SMALL portion of food!! Especially if your customers are paying over $7-30 dollars...

I ordered a chop meal and some bean and cheese tacos. I was told to pull up and they would have my order out. That was fine but 20 plus minutes went by and cars are coming and going. I called they told me, I had ordered lunch and they were waiting on the chops. It was not communicated to me that there would be a wait if I ordered lunch. Finally food was brought out. I was disappointed to get home and find that the chops where plain no onions or pickles, it what makes it so tasty. The foil that the bean and cheese tacos where wrapped in had more beans that the tortilla. I got no recipt either, she just dropped the change in my hand too.
