El Rodeo Mexican Grill #5 — Restaurant in San Antonio

I ordered 6 chicken fajita tacos, 6 bacon and egg, 2 chorizo and egg, 4 beans tacos 2 potato and egg 4 bacon and bean n cheese sweet teas came out to 58.36 Okay cool but they only gave me 10 tacos out of 24 they gave me 2 chicken fajita, 2 bacon and egg 6 bacon and cheese with bacon ,I went inside and let them know she apologizes and takes the rest of the order that I needed...well thinking they got it right and i got what i needed i left home while i sort out the tacos for the family everything that I asked for was not in the bag I got 4 bean tacos, 6 bacon and egg and the 2 chorizo and egg not the 4 chicken fajitas ,I am not going back it's a headache having to go back and forth while they think they didn't do nothing on their part wrong or that I'm lying ...no hunny I didn't...22 tacos out of 24 is oka but the whole order was wrong ..this is not the only time I had problems with my orders from this place I will never take business over there what's so...

I have always driven by and see this place packed, yet on this evening, there was no line AND w/n 2 hours of closing so of course I took my chance to finally try it out! I ordered a fairly priced chalupa plate, and my meal was fantastic & delicious. The drive-thru employee was very attentive & even double-checked to make sure I had appropriate eating utensils & napkins.

*Just a thought... I tipped yet didn't feel comfy with seeing a tip jar outside of the window sill on a slightly muggy night with a bit of rain drizzle thus, would recommend placing it inside instead. In fact, I rarely tip when ordering at the drive-thru, yet this employee was very attentive, efficient, and kind; not rushy or disregarding like most of my "post covid" experiences have been.

Been going to this place for the past 2 years. Lately they have been going down. We ordered 2 chicken fajita tacos plain on corn tortillas and sliced avacado. We got the tacos with flour tortillas and a lot of onions and bell pepper. Also no sliced avacado. It was smeared guacamole. When we called to inform they said they could remake our order. She stated she wrote down what I ordered and that the cook did not understand. I asked for a refund instead and she said no due to being short on cash. I was shocked because it was about a $60 bill and she could not refund us. My husband and I are done giving business to them after they made smart remarks when we returned today.
