I’m updating my original review after speaking with Kimmie, the manager. I called her when the restaurant opened the next morning since I don’t like to leave a bad review without first speaking to the owner/manager. Kimmie was fantastic. She did explain to me, that the restaurant does not take returns of food if it’s too spicy. I was not aware of it as it was our first time ordering and felt I was pretty clear about what I needed over the phone. I was able to return the food we had for new food. And Kimmie promised it would be correct and delicious. And it was!!! She ended up giving us our spice on the side, which was great. I could make mine how I wanted and the kids could make theirs how they wanted. My child said it was the BEST kung pao chicken he’s ever had. My pad Thai was delicious too. Instead of getting the cheese rolls again, Kimmie suggested the Seafood Puffs…and those were AMAZING! Waaaayyyy better and did not get soggy. I’m very grateful to Kimmie for making things right. I did still leave a 4 ⭐️ review because of there is that much inconsistency with food when she isn’t there to supervise, the employees to need make sure the quality is to her standard like she is there. We will definitely try again to make sure things are great! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I must have gotten them on a bad night or something because my review will not at all reflect what others have mentioned. I placed a “to-go” order for pick up at 8:15. I was driving from about 30 min away. I ended up arriving at 8:20. Took the food home. The cheese rolls were soggy (given the time to drive home, I’m not surprised, but I don’t think there was any crispness to them to begin with). Our food had sooooo much oil in it. The egg rolls I received were actually over cooked and so crunchy my kids couldn’t eat them. So I had them, but had to throw away one as I bit into something hard…bone like. I couldn’t continue eating it at that point. I was shocked to hear they had a 0-15 level for spice. When I placed my order, the gentleman on the phone (who was fabulous and ever so polite) said he’d make our dishes a level 5 since it was for my kids, who can normally tolerate a medium spice elsewhere. We ordered Sesame Chicken, Kung Pao chicken, and chicken pad Thai with extra chicken. These dishes were so incredibly spicy, my kids couldn’t even eat them. I usually get medium hot and I couldn’t eat them either. I’m really not sure what went wrong with my order. The pad Thai noodles were over cooked. The chicken even tasted funky and we all had stomach aches this morning from the small bites we had. I’m overall incredibly disappointed. I tried calling as soon as I could to talk to management last night, but it was a couple minutes past closing time. I do plan to call today. I never like to write a review like this without notifying management about why. I do not plan to return here. I was really disappointed because of the fantastic reviews there were and it had been on my list to try for over a year. My experience does seem to align with a few others. So I’m assuming they just had an off night since the majority of reviews are good. My advice…eat at the restaurant so you can be sure the product is what you asked for. My kids ended up eating cereal last night :(

8/16/24 this is a edit review, I’m truly disappointed I’m writing this review when this place has never failed me. But today my family and I went for the same thing combination pad Thai, and beef num prig poa, the flavor is off the beef tasted like it was going bad, it was not the same at all. The plate usually comes with beef, onions broccoli, mushrooms and shredded carrots today it did not come with mushrooms or shredded carrots, the beef was not what it normally is. It did not have the grilled flavor it usually has. It was not edible as far as the beef. My husband ordered the combination pad Thai and he said his flavor was off as well he said his plate came with chicken more than anything and only 2 pieces of shrimp and a few pieces of beef. Not what it usually is either. It usually come very flavorful with grilled meat today it almost tasted like if it was steamed it was bland. The flavor profile has lost a few notches this was our favorite place to enjoy Thai. I’m truly hoping we don’t have to find another place. The waitress asked if we were gonna order anything else as she brought us the ticket. We said no we told her something he changed in food and the meat was not right. She was going to tell the kitchen cooks but I didn’t bother. Please bring back the old grilled flavor on the meat and keep original recipe. She did mention there was a trainy today so idk. Really bummed this is our go to always . As you can tel from the comments below I had previously left a 5 star review now I have to go with a 3 star. I didn’t take pictures this time and around. But there is an obvious change. Love the combination Pad Thai and spring rolls. They don’t have much of a kids menu but it’s okay. The servers are always friendly the food does take a while to come out but it’s good so worth the wait. Love the white rice this is white rice should be. My new fave is Num Prig Poa beef and my husband always does the same thing combination pad Thai. Great place to Come with the family. My kids love the aquariums too so that’s a plus.

Recently visited Asia Kitchen around 6PM for a dinner outing and was immediately greeted by the hustle and bustle of a busy restaurant. Despite the evident rush, it was hard not to notice the team’s dedication, especially since there were only 2 servers managing the floor. The restaurant had signs up indicating they’re hiring, a humble reminder of their plea for support to keep the place running. Given the quality of food and service, I truly hope they find the help they need. The food, where do I begin? Each dish, including the must-try Thai fried rice and the savory kung pao chicken, was a testament to their commitment to freshness and flavor. The vegetables in the kung pao chicken were perfectly cooked, tossed in a sauce that was just divine. Despite our large party, every dish served was a hit, leaving us completely satisfied yet somehow longing for more - if only we had space for dessert! Asia Kitchen proves that even on the busiest of days, quality doesn’t have to be compromised. Their food is a delightful journey through taste and aroma, making any wait worthwhile. For those looking for authentic, flavorful meals that feel home-cooked and are served with care, this is the place. My only wish, aside from having saved room for dessert, is for this local gem to continue thriving and sharing their culinary art with many more. Highly recommended for a truly satisfying dining experience.

I frequent this delicious restaurant quite often, however, most recently, and including today, I have not had the best take out service. It is very unfortunate that I have to write this review, as I am not one to complain and believe this may actually be my first ever google review. This evening I ordered two entrees and an app (chkn and shrimp pad Thai no nuts or sprouts, sesame chkn sauce on side, and seafood puffs). I would like to start off by saying I absolutely love the food here! I have bought many friends and family here to enjoy a good meal and everyone has loved it so far, however we can all agree on inconsistency with the take out process. On this occasion, I was not given my app and there was nuts and sprouts in the pad Thai. I would expect more due diligence with removing certain food items bc although it may be a preference for some, others have actual food allergies. Secondly, upon arriving back home from picking up the forgotten app, I realized the sesame chkn sauce was missing as well. And again, this has been an on going occurrence of inconsistency with forgetting to bag certain items. While I understand the hardships of a restaurant during a pandemic, I would have expected there to be a better protocol for busier takeout days thus far. Like I’ve mentioned, I absolutely love the food (!!!) and I mentioned that to the young girl when I called to express my frustration regarding these past few times (forgotten items as well). I expressed that it was not my intention to come off as rude over the phone but for this business to take into consideration the frustration of a customer when it comes to not bagging the correct items, especially that are already paid for. While I appreciate the free dessert this evening, I was not asking for anything free, hence this post. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 3 yrs and I’ve always appreciated kind customers and their constructive criticism, as I hope this message relays. I will continue to visit for the amazing food I cannot find anywhere else, maybe not as often now, but pls do better, I know...
