Fazoli's — Restaurant in San Antonio

Customer appreciation and service was not existent. Nothing more can truly be said when the basis of customer service starting from a reluctant greeting by the hostess to a lack of concern to address needs to even try to make your customers comfortable. It had been a year or two since passing through and stopping. My experiences had always been great but this past Sunday was so bad I would not dare return. There are many places to get the same food and to spend my money and had it not been storming bad and with 5 hungry teen girls not wanting to get their hair wet I would have left. With as many staff present that we saw I truly cannot understand the complete failure other than just this is normal practice to give so little concern for your customers. The food was fine nothing extraordinary but as a party of 6 we had 3 served their meals then 6 minutes later 1 more given theirs and another 5 minutes before the last two recieved their food made an odd uncomfortable dinner. Just had to stop by and enjoy a delicious meal with my family. I have known Fazolis since I was a child growing up in Indiana, and it has never disappointed. So when I heard about one that finally opened up here in San Antonio I was so excited to revisit my childhood memories and one of my favorite restaurants ever. I know many people may be skeptical about fast food let alone an Italian food one. But let me tell you don't knock it till you try it and I promise you won't regret it. This visit we had a wonderful employee/server named Ciara (I don't know if thats how her name is spelled but I know it starts with C and she was the only one running the cashier, and taking orders, and serving) Not to mention she was very polite and kind which is a rare quality to find and no one can deny that! She represented Fazoli's beyond even my standards and expectations. I wish I could give this place 7 Stars 5 for the company and the extra 2 for Ciara for making my experience...

Great Italian food at reasonable prices, with fast and friendly service!

Food: Always good to excellent quality, and I've been here several times and ordered different items. The complimentary breadsticks are amazing! Yes, they're included in the to-go meals, too. The portion sizes are a hefty meal, and most of the food reheats well. Just be sure not to put the metal tin in the microwave. If the cheesecake is available, get some.

Price: I'll have to go back (oh darn? lol.) to get a better idea of the prices, but I recall somewhere in the $6-12 range for meals. That includes drinks. Won't break the bank.

Service: They go above and beyond. If you customize your order, they'll do it (within reason). Accurate 95% of the time, at least. Freshly grated parmesan at the table, and it seems like they really enjoy their job, because they're always pleasant people.
