Feedback on Recent Experience
I wanted to share my recent experience at your drive-through, which occurred on 03/24/2025 at approximately 7:19 PM. I initially placed an order, but after receiving my receipt, I had to cancel it at 7:59 PM due to a lack of communication regarding the availability of items.
I was informed that you were out of chicken and was offered the option to wait 17 minutes for fresh preparation. I agreed to this, but after 20 minutes, an employee notified me that only 8 pieces of chicken were available and asked if I would accept 4 pieces roasted instead. I declined, stating that I wanted all fried chicken, and was told it would take an additional 20 minutes. After speaking with the manager, who confirmed this, I decided to wait inside.
Upon entering, I noticed three employees standing at the door, seemingly waiting for the manager to finish her conversation outside. They quickly dispersed and pretended to be busy. While I waited, I observed one female employee texting on her phone while sweeping, and I overheard two male employees using the derogatory term "N-word" in a casual manner. As an African American man, I find this language deeply offensive, and it was disheartening to hear it in what should be a professional environment.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed not only in the lengthy wait for my order, which I ultimately did not receive, but also in the unprofessional behavior exhibited by some staff members. I hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve the experience for all customers...
Read moreI placed an online order. I walked in a few minutes before the time I was given for pick up. I waited a short while for someone to greet me. They let me know my order was being prepared. While I waited, several employees stood near the service line/ front counter talking about school, someone they thought they knew, and social media. In the middle of their conversation, one of the girls picked up a backpack and began looking through it as they talked. Then, she pulled a bag of some kind of snack out of the bag. She took some and began eating, while she asked others if they wanted some. One girl took an order after placing the entire piece in her mouth. After my food should've been ready, one employee calls me up and begins to hand me a bag. It was not the correct order. She went back to look for my order. She said they were still working on it. My order was a family fry and corn nuggets. The food was not worth the wait. This location (Old Hwy 90 and 151) is very different from another one I visited less than...
Read more1 week ago a woman named Brianna left a review about two teenagers being rude at the window with nails. SHE IS CORRECT! I wish I could reply to reviews. Those little snotty brats are SO impatient and laugh and giggle the entire time while taking an order. Of course BECAUSE! They were laughing they didn’t get our order right so we called to complain about those two girls because they would’ve heard if they weren’t chit chatting while I was placing my order. The manager then said it was my fault , they were never laughing, that they supposedly BOTH heard me say something completely different but I have my husband as a witness. I told him to just take the food back and give me my money he put up a FIGHT over not giving me my refund when I hadn’t even taken a bite out of the food and was willing to take it back as they gave it to me. He then was mocking me over the phone and told me not to come back to the store and refunded my money and hung up. I don’t know how this place is still open!...
