Jack in the Box — Restaurant in San Antonio

I ordered the #12 from the menu. When I ordered they tried to up sale me on the Large with Curly frys. Instead of asking, they just said #12 with curly fries and large coke? I had to correct them telling them no normal fry's and medium coke. "Menu prices are based on Small sizes"

When i got to the window. Which was approx 10 mins as a driver was in front of me. They asked me what I wanted again. Apparently, they did not enter it into the register. They tell me the price. Which is different then what is on the menu. I assume it is because the menu prices are based on smalls and not medium combos.

After collecting my payment. They closed the window and proceeded to scream to the back very loudly. Making it kind of meh. That they don't want to be at work today. They want to go home and this guy wanted the chicken sandwich. Which is kind of rude, but this is fast food not fine dining.

When I got the meal. The #12 was good. I like it very much. It was not to hot or cold. The frys were awful. They tasted like they been left out for an hour already. They were cold, overly salty, and a little rubber to eat. I did not eat more then 5 of them. Wasting my money. The drink. I ordered coke, but they must have gave me a diet coke, cause it tasted like it had the artificial sweeter in it. I can't stand the taste of diet coke. So, I ended up not drinking my soda.

In the end, I like the chicken burger. the customer service was lacking. the frys sucked. the drink was wrong. I wasted my money on the...

Working at the connected Chevron gas station with Jack in the box for a near 3 year roll . I had to stop , no . I stopped ordering from this location from personally experiencing a filthy UN attended restaurant lobby because all the employees do is chit chat and hide in the back making customers waiting long and finally leaving . The filth didn't scare them off , it was the lack of work ethics and employees failing to keep location clean and attend to their customers . Being raised poor , in a poor side of town away from Jack in the box . Older now and NOT surprised or happy WITH THEIR SERVICE . Most customers having disgusting morals can also be the reason why this location sucks . The neighborhood and people their need to improve on themselves in public and most of all the whole cleanliness of a business that can close down from one day to the next . This location is a disappointment like the employees and I am not sorry to say the truth but I am sorry people have to put up with it ONLY because they have no choice to drive to another distant location . KEEP YOUR BUSINESS CLEAN AND WELCOMING BEFORE...

This place sucks. My son ended up in the hospital because two girls working the drive thru put ketchup in his tacos instead of sauce.. There's an ingredient in ketchup my son is allergic to and well he ended up in the hospital. When he first bit into the food he said it tasted funny but he thought since he had just finished chewing gum he thought it was that.. I worked nights so when I got to the hospital he said he noticed the girls had been laughing / acting mischievously but didn't think they would mess with his food... The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I have to give them something . Been calling and nobody answers I can't make it out there again but you u can bet I'm going to keep trying my best till I get ahold of the manager.. People can die because of allergic reactions I hope manager reads this and takes action he went on 4/5/19 between 9:40- 9:45 pm. I don't live in the area it's a distance for me but if my son doesn't recuperate soon most definitely will be taking necessary actions. Like I said people have died due to...
