The last time I was here was in December, I wasn't sure if they was short staff or not but there was a line and there was only one person who's making the sandwiches. Almost everyone wanted a footlong and I did too but I decided to get a 6 inch sandwich instead because I wanted to be easy on her she was a older lady. She took her time, which made me wait longer, one guy just left because she was moving kind of slow. I waited because I wasn't in a rush, so after I gotten my sandwich and paid for everything I went to get my chip, I pick one chip up but I saw another chip that I wanted so I pick that one instead and the first chip I picked up I put it back. I was about to exit the store and this lady stop me and ask me if I took two bag of chips..I was "no I took one" in my mind I was like "are you serious?"I realized I was the only black person in there, and accused me of stealing I wanted to say that "NOT ALL BlACK PEOPLE STEAL" I storm out of there, I was so offended and angry but I thought it wasn't worth it start a argument with the lady. Read moreI ordered 2 6inch subs for both my son & I. As I ate it I could taste onion in it & there wasn't onion in it. I did however notice that the girl who put the greens in it didn't change out her gloves. I called to complain to management & she wouldn't take responsibility for her employees wrong doing. I've never been to a Subway where the employees don't change the gloves before making the next sub. That's the only explanation I would have for tasting onion in a sub that should've only had lettuce tomato cucumber & pickles. I didn't enjoy my food & the easy fix to throw off the extras put in it made my sub something I could've easily & readily made @ home. This establishment needs better management & better employees who know to change out their gloves as to not contaminate the next customers food. Manager sucked and really shouldn't deal with customers since she had poor customer service. Any other place would willingly offer a solution to the issue & not say the customer was wrong. We saw a couple with kids and they were screaming all over the restaurant throwing the wet floor sign making loud noises grabbing and pulling on my boyfriends chair. And another kid was stomping on the tables which is completely unsanitary. We immediately told an employee about the ruckus going on in the restaurant. And She told us that it was the manager and her KIDS doing all the damage. That is no way to take care of a restaurant especially if YOUR A MANAGER . It was horrible eating here. Its stupid.
