Jack in the Box — Restaurant in San Antonio

I will never ever go to jack in the box again I don't see them being around much longer here in San Antonio I went to 3 different jack in the box restraunt one on thousand oaks an Jones maltsburger they let me sit at the drive thru board for 5 mins before sayin there registers are down come back in about 4 hours employess were out behind the store hanging.out around a car so I thought well just one bad store so I go down the way about 3.5 miles to wurzbach parkway an Perrin beitel were I'm told to hold ,5 min later a guy comes back to take my order an I order an he says sorry we don't have any breakfast I thought omg are you serious really 2 stores an I can't even get sumthing to eat for breakfast ,so I think oh well I'll turn down Perrin beitel an catch the highway back home an I'll stop at the starcrest an loop 410 jack in the box so I stop an some young girl says can I take your order I say yes I would like the French toast platter a iced coffee offee and for the side I would like the orange muffins she says oh we don't have that so I say ok give me the homestyle potatoes she says ok I get to the window an pay an wait 15 min for this suppose to be fast food an there is noone in the line at all ,so I get the bag an im about to drive off an I look inside an there's sum kinda sandwhich with homestyle potatoes in the bag so I called them Bak to the window an i said I think u gave me the wrong order an the guy that brought it to me says oh u had sum kinda loaded sandwhich an homestyle potatoes an I said no I didn't I had french toast I've been to 3 different restraunts an y'all can't get it right either ,so basicly I dunno what that girl heard she was to worried about her makeup an her hair putting makeup on an fluffing her hair up 20 times in the drive thru window while I'm waiting for my food I know I didn't stutter I clearly stated ,3 times I wanted the French toast ,I think the girl that helped me was on drugs she acted like it how do you just pick sumthing from the menu an charge sumone for it when they clearly stated what they want 3 times ,this just shows you 3 jack in the boxes an 3 failed to even produce breakfast ...they need to just shut these places down.they are so ghetto ,they hire idiots with no education whatsoever so I guess what do u expect ...so don't visit any of the 3 jack in the boxes I mentioned cuz there all ghetto run ,one couldn't take orders due to sumthing they did to the registers ,the other didn't even have breakfast even when it was breakfast time,an the 3rd store just picked what ever they wanted to give u an then when I told them they messed up I wanted french toast they said they don't have breakfast either so why do u even have a breakfast menu ? After giving me the wrong order I told them I ordered french toast an they said oh we don't have that an I said so what in the heck did u charge me for,cuz I clearly told u french toast 3 times ....oh I'm so mad I don't recommend anyone go to any of the jack in the box in San Antonio it's one of the most ghetto resteraunts u can visit...you have been warned...

Would have been better if the blonde teen treated us with respect instead of scoffing and rolling her eyes at us the entire time. It started when me, my daughter & husband came in. I told her I needed a moment & she sat there and stared at me & I told her please I need a moment so we could gather what we wanted to pick to eat. Then I finally tell her we’re ready, I’m told I can’t get a single taco & they only come in 2 when at another location they charged me 99 cents for one and then she gave us our cups. I told her the soda machine wasn’t working & she already had an attitude treating us like we were inconveniencing her dining in. Then we ask for a spoon & napkins & her attitude with the eye rolling continues then she doesn’t even call our order out. She put somebody else’s sandwich in our order. I told her it was for fine in & she put us for take out. After we get the food we requested trays then she once again rolls her eyes at us and grabs the trays. Then my husband had to wait 5 minutes for his chicken strips because they were never dropped & they gave him a sandwich on accident. Management is rude also. They did not seem to care nor did they apologise for the inconvenience. They are lucky we still dined in and gave them our business which wasn’t even long. This place needs to hire better people who actually enjoy there job. Plus a gentleman next to us complained he was waiting several minutes for his mobile order to be made that he claimed was not sent through right away. This...

I told you I was going to write a review and here it goes. I ordered a buttery jack with NO cheese just mayo, mustard, and pickle with a regular fry and a Coke. A kids meal strip with curly and a Sprite and also a regular jumbo jack with cheese. WHAT I RECIVED was two buttery jacks with cheese. When I called to ask for a replacement order the so called "manager" argued with me that it was not incorrect. When I told him again what I RECEIVED and told him because of his attitude I wanted a REFUND he then told me that I needed to bring the food back in order to receive a refund. Excuse me that is for 1 unsanitary and I'm more then sure you would have handed to another customer. 2 I know that this business is privately owned and I WILL be in contact with the owner since this is not the first time I have encountered an issue with this store. You hire incompetent people who are in capable of multitasking and all of them are very trashy and nasty. My sister went to this location and said she found a piece of plastic in her burger here. This is disgusting I WARN YOU DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION you will end up getting talked down to if you have an issue with the service by its own managers. The owner should come in as a customer and see how they are treated. I am appalled and again I will be seeking to contact the store OWNER. As I promised about...
