I moved in on 05/20/2024 and since the weekend of my move in date I’ve requested for there to be maintenance done on the AC unit in apt **. I have not been able to sleep or stay inside the home comfortably because despite how much I drop the temperature down the lowest temperature it gets in the home is 78 even at peak heat times forcing my daughter and I to leave the home just to be able to cool down. I’ve spoken to multiple people in the office requesting some sort of fix or a call back and NOTHING has been done. Valerie Trevino the property manager was very quick to move me in but are now no where to be found when needed for something as crucial as the ac not working. Very hard to get a hold of and front office staff is refusing to provide corporate or supervisors information to reach out for further assistance since y’all are clearly not taking this issue seriously.
I see y’all turned off the option to leave a review on google which is a VERY shady business practice but I get it because yall have the absolute WORST SERVICE. Thankfully I’m able to edit my last review! I want everyone to know what they’re getting in to moving to this property. I couldn’t even respond to whatever or whoever replied to my google review 6 days ago, the front office is damn near impossible to get a hold of at any time of the day, and the phone number advertised for “emergency situations” such as theses DOES NOT WORK. At this point legal action will be taken if a new AC unit is not installed this week because for the past 22 days since I moved in I’ve been BEGGING for something to be done and nothing has been. They keep saying they have “fixed” the issue but I get home every day and it stays at 78-80 degrees in the home until about 10:30pm and even at that it still doesn’t get very cool because I’m still sweating during the night. At this point I need to speak with someone not in the office because Valerie the property manager has been of no help she is also refusing to give me any contact information for corporate. Read moreDO NOT I repeat DO NOT rent from this company. I have only been here since Feb and it has been an ABSOLUTE nightmare. I was moved into a nasty apartment with a hole in the door that has yet to be fixed water pouring out of the bathroom faucet NOT dripping pouring and the maintenance man is the one who "fixed" it like this and said not to worry the water is a shared expense. I can't use the dish washer, my refrigerator barely gets cold and my stove only has 3 workable pilots and now a broken AC that the managers are not concerned with fixing. It is over 100 degrees in this apartment and it has been broken for over a week. I keep getting lied to about updates on that. My mailbox was broken into and private info stolen and the management couldn't even send an email alerting the tenets of the broken mailboxes. When I called the office to alert them of the broken mailboxes the manger had an attitude and said they don't own the mailboxes so again NO CONCERN not even an emal but yet they send emails to let you know "It's taco Tuesday" this place is a JOKE and the only responses they will provide is contact the office for assistance but I have yet to receive that assistance. Oh I almost forgot. If you rent here be prepared to go without water at least once a week due to "plumbing issues". Front desk staff are extremely rude and need to be trained on Customer Service because the only time they are nice is when they are trying to get you to sign that lease. I read the reviews before I moved but due to "new management" I thought things changed. Apparently NOT!!!! These reviews are all facts there are rats!! I had one last month!! Read moreThe new management here are complete idiots. The parking here is terrible. They’ve decided to dig up the parking lot all at one time and therefore displaced all of the residents for 2 days. They claim but never did hang up notices of such paving. Then out of absolute absurdness the management decided that residents are to stupid to drive around small pavement patches because by all means orange cones could not have been used so they used large trailers to cut off residents from parking in their paid for covered parking spot. Without notice on any doors these people then decided that the tow company would just take your car away bc us residents don’t have the competency to drive around pavement patches. The whole parking didn’t get paved 1ft by 3ft patches did. So, screw all of our residents just tow them away bc we’re to stupid to hang notices on the door. I’m home every day. I work 8-5 and despite the management reply which is sure to come they did not whatsoever hang such said notices. What’s going on here is a slow gentrification process. As the poorer folks leases are coming due the new management is making there rent unbearable so that they move on to another place of residency. They’re gutting the hell out of this apt complex and creating an immense amount of trash. Be forewarned that in the future this place will be an old pig with a new ribbon on it and they’ll be asking about a grand a month for single residents. It’s gentrification 101
