Khao Man Gai Thaiger — Restaurant in San Antonio

This place feels like real Thai street food! The chicken rice here is totally different from Singapore-style — the rice has a rich garlic aroma and no chicken smell at all. Everything just goes perfectly together, and they even give you free soup!

We also tried their drinks — I had the Bangkok Espresso, which tasted exactly like the classic iced coffee from Thai street carts back home! My sister had the Iced Green Tea, and it tasted so authentically Thai. Definitely coming back again! I hope they add some mixed drink...

I just want to thank the gentleman who made our order tonight. Although it was a late order our meal came out perfect! My egg drop soup was still piping hot, our egg rolls were crispy and had a yummy flavor. The bbq wings were huge, delicious and still crispy. We also tried the Chrysanthemum Tea and it was as described lightly sweetened with a slight chamomile flavor, I loved it for a late night drink. We can't wait to try the other options...
