Ordered a TON of food from this place off UberEats, First and foremost, as soon as our driver took off, the restaurant called to inform us that they ā€œforgot our white riceā€ and asked for our email for a discount code. They were so apologetic and profusely insisted on rectifying the situation with a discount. Just the fact that they went out of their way to call us and fix the situation meant SO MUCH. We politely declined their offer letting them know it was okay. The food arrived shortly after and HOLY HELL! their asada rice?? It was so weird and delicious and savory! The tacos were a bit too spicy for my liking, but the pad Thai was incredible and their burger left us speechless. The concept was the reason we ordered from them in the first place, it’s so different! But the service is why we will be going back, and the food is the reason why we will be spreading the word!! Def recommend and will be ordering again soon!

This is a ghost kitchen operating out of Lombrano food hall. Not so much a food hall as a food pick-up as there is no eating area except for two tables outside... There are multiple concepts/ghost kitchens being serviced out of the area, some food came out faster than others. Noods took the longest by far. The Korean chicken tacos were very salty and not very tasty, but it is an interesting concept. It is nice to be able to pick up a variety of food at one place, but the other options were tastier.

Wow I'm so glad I tried this place out! I was interested in the different style of food they offer and the pictures looked fantastic. I wasn't expecting it to be a food hall with very little seating and the area it's in is a bit sketchy. Aside from that the way you ordered was pretty neat and the food was phenomenal. I got the spicy chicken tacos, side of noodles, fried dumplings, and Thai tea. So fresh and appealing to the eye. I look forward to trying more of their menu!

My mom (Ginger) and I are frequent customers of Noods! We always order through UberEats, and it’s become our ultimate go-to—especially on weekend nights when the late-night munchies hit. Their hours (open until 10pm on weekdays and midnight on weekends!) are such a lifesaver, and we always look forward to our order arriving. I’m obsessed with the Asada Fried Rice (extra asada, always!). It’s loaded with flavor, hearty, and feels like a savory hug in food form. The spicy mayo has a serious kick, but it blends so perfectly with the rice that I power through it every time—absolutely worth it! And their Thai Tea? So rich and refreshing, the perfect balance to the heat. One of my favorite things about Noods is the thoughtful service. We’ve ordered from so many restaurants before, but Noods was the first to notice and acknowledge our regular orders. They started leaving sweet handwritten notes like ā€œMade with love, as always,ā€ and it genuinely warmed our hearts. That kind of small, personal touch means a lot and makes us want to keep coming back! Noods is more than just great food, you can truly feel the heart behind everything they do. As Mexicans, Chinese takeout has always been our comfort go-to. But this fusion? It hits even closer to home. The warmth of Mexican flavors combined with the bold, savory magic of Asian cuisine is blended so beautifully here. It’s familiar, cozy, and absolutely delicious. Highly, highly recommend. Noods is our favorite...

Shrimp pad Thai Korean Chicken tacos

Pros Great spice levels Pad Thai sauce was good and fried to perfection Nice presentation Unique service - Ghost Kitchen Cool technology to locate order Good portion sizes

Cons Slow on promised time Chicken overcooked and dry Chicken was low quality (lab or poor poultry distributor) Pad Thai did not come with extra veggies (paid for) Minimum sitting area - 2 tables outside Lacked communication when order was delayed

Great ghost kitchen concept but there are some kinks that need to be worked on. My order was delayed and there was no update until I arrived to the location. The shrimp pad Thai was a 7/10 but definitely lack freshness from veggies especially when I paid for additional veggies. The chicken tacos were horrible. If you like dry, overcooked, possibly lab grown chicken, these tacos are calling your name. The chick batter remind me of a hot Cheetos crusted chicken. This chicken does not come close to Korean style chicken. Please rename this dish because it does not come close to true...

Best Pad Thai in San Antonio (Finally!)

I’ve lived in San Antonio for two years now and have tried Pad Thai from just about every spot with high ratings—and consistently walked away disappointed. I wasn’t expecting much when I ordered from Noods, but I was genuinely surprised.

The Pad Thai was excellent—by far the best I’ve had in this city.

I also ordered the Thai fried rice with tofu and the Penang curry with tofu. Both were equally flavorful and well-prepared.

Another big win: I requested the spice level to be ā€œvery hot,ā€ and unlike every other place that seems to ignore this, Noods actually delivered on the heat. It was perfectly spicy.

I’ll definitely be ordering again and recommending this place to others.

The only suggestion I’d make is that I hope they consider offering a vegetarian version of their Al Pastor. As a Mexican-Asian fusion restaurant, it’s one of the more unique offerings on the menu—and having a plant-based option would be a...
