Laredo Taco Company — Restaurant in San Antonio

Went in one night order the half chicken there were some fellas behind me in line who ordered cheeseburgers I asked the cashier “oh y’all make burgers too” he was like yea when ordered mind you the cashier was the gm. I thanked him and said I’d he back . Have gone back several times asked for a fresh cheeseburger and every time have been told they don’t make them when I mentioned that the gm specifically told me they do story changed but they still come up with some bogus excuses that they don’t make burgers fresh on order . My husband just went in today and asked for a cheese burger fresh was told once again that they didn’t make them he called me guess seeing him on the phone not knowing who he was calling the guy said he will do one but they usually don’t. I love the store part of this location but they really need to get it together in the Laredo taco section if the gm says yes then that’s what y’all...

I came in this morning of 8/19/25 to buy some breakfast and from the second I walked in I was treated extremely bad by the girl making the tacos with a heart on her forehead tattoo or sticker I don't know which it is. She was talking shit about the customers before me cuz they didn't know what the taco they wanted was called. While I'm deciding and waiting for my husband to text me back what he wants she began yelling at me if I was going to order something or not I can't just stand there n decide. She had no patience or kindness she wore no gloves with her nasty hands handling food I asked a question about something she answer what it looks like in the picture .I still went ahead and ordered because I was hungry. I was not happy with my breakfast plate. The "scrambled" eggs were not beaten they were more of a mix of yoke and whites and not fluffy at all. The worse thing a cook can do to scrambled eggs, according to my taste and option, is to brown them and these had no shortage of over cooked, browned bites. The potatoes were ok, just little squares without much flavor. I did enjoy the beans, after adding some jalapeno juice from the salsa bar. I think they called it a bar. It had four options red and green salsa, pico and pickled jalapenos. After adding shredded cheese to the eggs and the offered $1 coffee to my meal, it cost close to $6 which would of been a great deal if the eggs were enjoyable rather than...
