I purchased drinks through the drive-through and requested a receipt, which I need for expense reporting. I was informed that the system was rebooting, which I understood, and I offered to come inside to wait for it.
After informing the employees at the front counter that I was waiting for my receipt, they acknowledged the system was still rebooting, and I let them know I was happy to wait. However, after 15 minutes—around 10:45 a.m.—another employee informed me that the inside of the store was closing. I explained I was still waiting for my receipt, but I was told that since the café was closing, I was welcome to wait outside.
At this point, I had been waiting over 20 minutes, and it was nearly 90 degrees outside. The shift lead simply said, “My hands are tied,” and made no effort to rectify the situation. No one offered an alternative solution, an apology, or even the basic courtesy of trying to resolve the issue.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I was polite, patient, and reasonable, yet was treated with indifference and ultimately dismissed without receiving the receipt I needed. To make matters worse, I had even left a tip, which, given the experience, I now regret and would like refunded.
While I normally do not frequent your establishment (as I am not a coffee drinker), I had made this purchase for coworkers. Unfortunately, this incident has ensured that I will not be returning...
Read moreIn October 2023, one of the Baristas, apparently she's a Supervisor? (Maddy) was aggressive & hostile towards me on 2 different occasions during my visit. I arrived with my luggage & a few items in between my arrival & hotel check in & wanted to get some studying & work done on my laptop. I was there for about 3 hours, ordered a few food items & 2 drinks during the visit. Maddy was quite rude to me at the counter, but what crossed the line was she came over to my table aggressively like she was angry & coming at me & she came into my personal space, so much so that I had to get up & get out of my chair & step away from her. She came over to tell me they were closing early at 4pm which wasn't necessary, it was only 2:30pm at that time. I addressed her about it immediately.....the 2nd occurrence was her moving some items on a cart across the cafe. I had gotten up to go order another drink before my Uber arrived, Maddy saw me walking toward the counter, & she hurried to push the cart in my direction & DIDN'T STOP as if she was going to "run me over". I stopped her immediately, stopped the cart, & said, ok, that's enough lady, you're not going to run me over or treat me that way as a paying customer. Read moreI’m visiting my sister in San Antonio my car went down so it’s in the shop. I NEEDED a cup of coffee this morning, BADLY. I Ordered online through Uber Eats, added notes specifically to give 6 agaves and 6 honey and Oat Milk on the side,for what I thought was 2 medium coffees for $15.90🤬 It turns out there were 2 SMALL coffees for $15.90. There was no oak milk no agave nor honey in the bag. Luckily I had some so I added the honey to the coffee that I had at home. I drank it and felt like I instantly got diabetes. There was sugar in it that I didn’t ask for!! I poured out the entire cup of coffee only to see a full cup of looked like sugar and agave. Money wasted couldn’t drive up there. I’m so mad. Money gone and coffee gone because it was undrinkable🤬.
