Las Minas Cafe — Restaurant in San Antonio

have been to this place a few times, the food is decent. Today, the customer service was a joke. Servers blatantly ignoring you. Had to ask them to bring chips and actually get out of my seat to remind them before any were brought. When I got up the server laughed like it was funny that I was starting to get upset. Ordered a burrito that used to have beans, crema, etc and got a tortilla that wasn't even wrapped with meat lettuce and tomato. Had to debate with the server that this is NOT how they prepare them. First of all, you don't put lettuce and tomato in a burrito. second of all, if you do- you include other ingredients. Don't show me a picture of beans, rice and meat to sell me garbage.

To top it off- after sending the burrito back and refusing to eat it, the server STILL charged us for it. I had to add up every item we bought to realize it. Not that they care but, won't be...

My mom ordered dinner last night for her and a friend and she drove out of her way to pick up dinner. She had called in the order and when she arrived the food was all packed together so she asked the cashier how will she know which is her tamale and the male cooks told her he bagged hers separately in the same bag. When my mom got home she saw her tamale was chicken and not pork like she had ordered. She called and spoke with the cashier and the cashier asked the man who bagged the food and we can hear him in the background say well there wasn't any pork. Second time here and the food isn’t worth it I ordered tacos to go as u can obviously see there is no Carne guisada in my tacos or hardly any eggs in my bacon and eggs. There was no taco special I paid 20$ for 8 tacos. The waitress got bothered because I asked her why was the other waitress eating on the prep table with the lid to the cooler open.
