Tonight was first and last time I spend money at Little Ceasar's (all of them). I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes only to be told they could only accept cash at the drive-thru. When I got to the window, I realized 1. The cashier rang up the wrong item and 2. Undercharged me. I asked the cashier fix my item (italian bread to the stuffed cheese bread). The difference is ONLY $1. The cashier was confused as to why I was giving her a dollar back. Duh, so the register wont be short. She called a "manager" in a maroon shirt who asked me to give back the change($8.64) that was given to me so she could make my $20 whole. Then she would re-ring my order. She then handed me, $5.94. I drove around and went inside to request a manager. There was a lady in a black shirt at the front counter. I explained the situation to her and requested she correct my order and my change. She said she didn't understand how my change was short. ($7.99 hot and ready, $3.49 stuffed cheese cheese bread). I have $5.94 change..hello? She said "they should have told you at the drive thru that we are out of stuffed cheese bread" but i have enough ingredients to make you one order. She asked to review the receipts. I waited in my car ten minutes and then returned to the counter to get my change and my bread. The cashier said my change was correct and the bread would be ready in less than 5 minutes. This is 5th grade math and their math aint mathin'. It makes no sense that three employees could not correct my change! I asked to speak directly to the manager and now all of a sudden the lady at the counter is the "manager on duty". I told her I would reach out to the district manager. Her response: over $1? How did $20 minus $12 (estimated total) become $1? This is ridiculous and petty. However spreading the word about this location and the lack of proper cash handling knowledge is PRICELESS.

I stopped by to grab a "Hot and Ready" pizza, which ended up being neither. It was ice cold and not a single slice was actually cut properly. Ironically, the Crazy bread was actually hot but still uncut and about 15% undercooked. The zombie working the register didn't even give me a receipt. I made it about a block down the street before realizing what I had been given. I immediately turned around and went back. The same zombie was at the register (still wearing the Airpods). I explained that I would like more recently prepared food, without saying a word the worker at the register turned around and walked off. Upon returning I was given a hot (but still poorly made and basically uncut) pizza and another bag of partially cooked and uncut bread. I informed her I was never given a receipt after which she just blankly stared at me. So I left. I called the manager after leaving and was told "they would work on improving." That's it. After seeing the reviews here, this isn't a new problem. Apparently, learning to cut a pizza is a difficult skill to master. Just save yourself the headache and go to a different location, which might be 2 minutes away.

I started this review without seeing ir tasting the pizza. First off, the app allows you to only call in an order when but they have a Pizza Portal that needs some cleaning. I can't do an online order for any item. I can't get the store on the phone since their phone just hangs up on the first ring. The menu inside hasn't worked since who knows when. The customer service is bad, not horrible, but bad when the lady just tosses the pizza on the counter to their customers. I just hope I get my pizzas and crazy combo without any problems. But, those using Doordash to order seem to have no problem doing online orders as several went into the warmer.

If I could only give 0 stars, it would make this a truthful review. I went there this evening to purchase a pizza. And was told I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes in a parking space in front of the store. So that’s what I did, I waited and waited and waited for over 30 minutes until I finally went inside to inquire about my pizza. Come to find out they never even made my pizza and told me I would have to wait for another 15 to 20 minutes for them to make me a pizza. I told them I had already waited almost 40 minutes and that at least if I was going to wait another 20 minutes can you at least throw in some free chicken wings for the inconvenience. Otherwise, I would except a refund. She(Serina-who claimed to be a the shift manager) chose to lose a customer by issuing me a refund instead of just giving me the free chicken. Which is fine, that’s OK maybe she was going to get fired if she gave me the free wings. But then she proceeded to process my refund without telling me it would take five to seven days for it to go back onto my card. This was my last $20 until I get paid on Friday. I was going to treat my children to pizza tonight for dinner with my last $20. But now I’m at home with no money and no pizza and I am very very incredibly angry. I asked the manager for phone numbers for the general manager Juan and the regional manager Annmarie and I received both their phone numbers. I have now called these numbers and left messages . Now I have to wait to see if somebody sees my messages and calls me back with the common courtesy to apologize for the frustration that their employees have put me and my family through this evening. I will never step foot into another little Caesars pizzeria for as long as I live. I think what bothers me the absolute most is Serina face was so straight and emotionless with no apology whatsoever at all for my inconvenience. I recommend you get better staff that is better trained in customer service because the manager that you have right now, if they are the ones that in the example for the rest of your stuff she’s doing a...

Have ordered from this Little Caesar's whether it's online, by phone, or spur of the moment through the drive-thru for a quite while now and I've always had a great experience. I'm commenting because regardless of anything my pizza is always fresh. I also noticed a lady complained in regards to Serina and there are a lot of negative reviews. To the one lady, I say 'puh-lease' You get what you put out into this world. That girl is literally the sweetest thing I ever met. I was so happy to see her back, and find that she was also promoted.

Now, in regards to wait times, It's a very busy store, for a reason, especially since they closed down the other ones around us. You're going to wait anywhere with pizza. I've still never had an experience less than pleasant when going here but I've also cough never treated anyone less than human when visiting any business. (You'd be amazed the things you see just buying a pizza. My husband and I joke "Dinner and a Show" but it's not because of the staff. It's always other customers. The way people get/act. Now mix that with hunger, and "the customer's always right attitudes" Mmhmm.)

See you soon chica, most likely the next time you work.. AGAIN. Lol

Sign: -A customer that will continue to step foot into Little Ceasars Pizza stores because of the cheap fresh pizza, Serina, and the rest of the young...
