I've been to this Subway a few times and usually receive good service, even if it isn't excellent. I've had one instance that a customer brought a dog into the store and the sandwich artist was petting it. Not a huge deal with that, but I could see some complaints. So why two stars? The service that I got tonight was incredibly horrible. We got to the store shortly after 8:40. There were two people in the line ahead of us. The time to make their sandwiches was long, but that was acceptable because they had one guy that was just kind of standing there watching the other person (Amber) work. Once we got to checkout, the guy attempted to ring us up. Our order was simple, we had two 6 inch subs, one Chicken Bacon Ranch, the other Italian BMT. We had a coupon for signing up for text message deals that gave us a buy a 30oz get a 6 inch free. This means that we are looking at a number around $1.85 for each order after tax, about $3.90 combined. The first total that we get is in the $15 area, no drinks. He rang both 6 inches as footlongs. We informed him that the numbers don't add up. We then reiterate that we have the coupons. He punches in a few more things, and comes back with a number of $14 and some change. Once again we point out coupons. He clears the order and starts new. Goes through, and rings both subs as foot longs again, and does a buy one get one and comes to $12.80. We start to explain how that isn't correct, and he tells us how it is. Instead of stand there and argue any longer with this guy, we just walk out. We were in the store around 40 minutes. Read moreOrdered online at 925, my sibling went inside to pick it up at 940, he was told by the worker that he would make it after he helps 3 people in line. More people kept coming in and they continued to just help those in line. 15 mins later they gave him the wrong sandwich, he opened it to check and low and behold it was not the sandwich I ordered. He told the little boy working there that it was the wrong sandwich, which he then replied “well if it’s not yours then just put it back on the rack” my brother told him he had already touched it and the boy didn’t seem to care. Once it hit 1000 I was frustrated so I went inside to just cancel the order. I told them my brother has been waiting there 20 mins , the manager told me “ma’am he has not been here no 20 minutes”. I said ma’am he walked in at 940, it’s now 10:03 pm. I told her I understand y’all are busy but it shouldn’t take almost 45 mins to get one sandwich. She voided the order and the little boy just slammed the receipt in front of me and didn’t say a word. Read moreAbout 3 weeks ago or so, I ordered the protein bowl with steak and cheese and while enjoying my meal bit across this bone that obviously came out of the beef. I went back the following day which was a Saturday and the manager was off. The same customer that made the bowl was there Saturday, and he nicely called the manager and had her on speaker. She gave him 2 options: refund my money for the bowl or make me a new bowl. Instead the male employee was nice enough to make me a black Forrest ham sandwich, as a courtesy of waiting he gave me a free soda. He was really amazing to look out for his customer and since this was his first encounter, he handle it very well and respectful. I hope he in due time gets a raise. But when it comes to any meat products a disclosure notice should be posted somewhere about bone particles. I don't be seeing that no where when I walk in.
