Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in San Antonio

Absolutely horrible service for no reason! The young lady working in the drive thru had a huge chip on her shoulder. My grandson was in the back seat ordering two hot and readys one pepperoni and the other supreme and the total came up to like $18 well that was more than we were planning on spending so we both were like oh no nope we have to change this. We changed it to two pepperoni hot and readys, but when she said the total it was like she mumbled it and she sounded annoyed at this point and just told us to pull around . When she opened the window I asked her the total and again I couldn’t hear her so I asked again and I finally heard her say $13.98 but she was angry and I’m not sure why. I gave here my card and a couple minutes later and she said in an extremely loud voice that my card is declined!!! I knew my card hadn’t declined. She was being ugly and petty and her manager there was letting it happen. My grandson watched while she was ringing our order and talking to him and him looking at us. It’s okay they don’t want our business we won’t be back. We don’t normally go to that one, but what is funny is I left this Little Ceasars and went directly to the one by my house and there was not a single problem with my card. I got my pizzas and went home. This is the kind of stuff that closes places down. I’m sure this horrible customer service didn’t just happen to us!! My husband made a call in order, after arriving they only had one pizza he ordered made and the second (Veggie) wasn't even rung up or made for him. So he had to wait 15 minutes just for them to make it, he asked specifically for NO MUSHROOMS because I have an allergy and after arriving home I come to find exactly what was asked not to be put on there. We called and asked for a manager, she said she had made the pizza herself and called us liars for telling her we had found mushrooms. I have photos of just a few of many found on my pizza, she was extremely rude. We asked if we could be compensated another day because we wouldn't be able to make it back over there and she acted baffled that the question was even asked and told us she wasn't going to fix the problem she made to begin with because we couldn't. So we told her we wanted the order refunded and we were told to do it ourselves and then she hung up. I called back and spoke to someone else, asked for a corporate number and the name of the manager on duty. The guy we spoke to refused to give me a name and said that's personal information, he FINALLY gave me a name after me telling him they had their names on the receipts and he said her name is Sarah. I don't even trust that was a real name and I'm sure it won't be any trouble finding out seeing as though I have the receipt, I will be calling corporate in the morning and making a complaint against her. Order 2 pepperoni and one cheese. Sent my daughter to pick it up and they only gave her 2 pepperoni. Wtf! Super disappointed with the customer service.

Update: called today to see what I can do about my one pizza missing. The manager Yvonne claimed she had to ask the night crew if a pizza was left in the portal then suddenly knew there was none left. I got told there was nothing they could do. She put me on hold to call a higher up. Someone else then picked up the phone while i was on hold and said it was crazy there and he couldn't be on the phone for 30 minutes to help me and hung up on me. went to store to talk to them in person. When my husband got there she wasn't even on the phone with anyone. the manager, Yvonne, then tried to grab his phone out of his hand because she thought he was recording refused to even acknowledge him and called the police. Over one cheese pizza! Even the police officer said they should have made it right and couldn't understand why they even called the cops. What crappy service they have! Embarrassing us by calling cops basically calling Me a liar. Someone needs to train their employees in proper customer service. Would give zero stars if it...
