Placed and order for chicken tenders because my girlfriend loves the chicken tenders from here for some reason. Proceeded to pay and moved to the first waiting spot. There was no line at the drive thru but why argue? After about fifteen minutes of watching my girlfriend waste away in her seat, the food finally arrived. She proceeded to check the food because, you know, it’s McDonald’s. Finally, we get home and open our boxes only to find chicken nuggets in her chicken tender box. Okay, so here is what I have a problem with: 1. The wait for a messed up order (if you want to call it that on their end) was over ten minutes when it wasn’t busy. 2. It wasn’t just a mistake on an employees part. The box clearly says 4 tenders in big letters and they put over 15 nuggets to compensate. I’m assuming since they know people double check by just looking in the bag, they would just get away with it, which they did. Good job. 3. Who made the executive decision on the tender to nugget ratio? It’s funny to think about but geez, nuggets are trash. Once again, a clear sign of premeditation and not a mistake. 4. No communication and no remorse. If you don’t have the tenders then why lie about it? Seriously, I think they spent more time plotting this then actually cooking the food. If you don’t have the tenders just say so. 5. Have you ever had to look at your significant other say “it’s fine” when it’s clearly not? All while my food came out just fine and I feel really bad about it. It really puts a damper on that part of the day. All over some damn chicken tenders. One star for getting creative and taking laziness to another level. Good job McDonalds. Happened at 12:15 on Saturday, April 7th.

if I could rate this place a zero, I would. I ordered curbside pickup..... with a relatively simple order. When I drove up, I saw a woman coming to her car with a large take-out bag in the slot next to me. I wondered why she parked in the curbside spot for a pick-up order. I waited. nothing. twenty minutes later, a man parked to the other side of me gets out of his car and goes inside. he was also in a curbside spot. Soon after, I follow in. I was not greeted nor helped for a significant amount of time. I moved from one counter to another looking for help. there was another customer complaint about her sandwiches and requesting new ones. Finally, a woman asked me if I was from DoorDash, to which I replied no but he is..... a DoorDash employee was waiting for his order, and we had been talking while waiting. he said he's never seen them deliver to the curbside spot, and they don't ever answer the phone. it was ringing continuously as we spoke. the woman told me that she was only one person and she would help me if I moved counters. it was a horrible experience, more than thirty minutes waiting for food. no curbside delivery. major attitude. refused to give me a receipt. I was told to check my phone, and I didn't get the bottle of orange juice I ordered and had to return to the store moments later, only to be offered apple juice or water instead. there was no apology for the service or lack thereof. I will not recommend or return to this establishment. there are too many other options nearby.

If I could leave one star I'd do that. Normally I wouldn't even waste my time but this is important for other people to know about. Went up there for a quarter pounder. Got home and I thought what a juicy burger this is!! Looked down at it and it was dripping wet with blood. Completely raw meat. Like I said I normally wouldn't complain but WOW just WOW. Took the food and receipt back to McDonald's and I talked to the manager, Emma. She refunded my money and replaced the food. That's great but it doesn't make up for the raw food and I better not get sick from eating it! No reason why, they weren't busy. No line in the drive thru. Bet what happened was they tried to cook a frozen meat patty and expected it to cook in the same amount of time as one that was thawed out! Granted, it was almost dinner time but they weren't busy!

If I could leave one star I'd do that. Normally I wouldn't even waste my time but this is important for other people to know about. Went up there for a quarter pounder. Went to the drive thru around 12am on Tuesday, July 2, 2019. After waiting 5-6 mins to have my order placed, no one ever spoke to me over the loud speaker, I then moved over to the second speaker and waited another 3-4 mins, still no one spoke to me over the loud speaker, so I pulled forward to place my order at the window. There were three vehicles ahead of me so it took several minutes to pull up to the window to speak to someone. While waiting in line for the window, another vehicle came up behind me, they did have their order taken because the employee asked if their order was my order. I told him no, no one ever took my order at either speaker and wanted to place my order with someone at the window. He looked nervous and told me management does not like when employees do this, even though I did not want to drive around to the speaker again, I also did not want to cause a problem for this employee, so, reluctantly, I drove around the restaurant to pull up to the speakers again. This time though, there were 4 other vehicles already in line and since I had already been there 10-15 mins before these vehicles, I did not feel it was right that I wait behind all these orders. So, I pulled around to get in line for the window a second time. This time I asked the employee of I could please speak to the manager so that person could hear what had been happening and place my order for me. The manager barely approached the window and after I was interupted by him while explaining the confusion, he told me he could not and would not place my order at the window because he said he only had one computer to use to enter orders and could not access that computer at the window. I was completely surprised that this manager could not resolve this matter by simply taking the order by writing it down and walking to the available computer to place the order. Instead, he said I needed to go back, yet again, to the drive thru speaker in order to place my order. I had already tried that in the first place at BOTH drive thru speakers and no one took my order at either speaker. I could not believe a manager was not willing to, first, listen to my concern without being rude and interrupting me and then, second, unwilling to correct THEIR issue with the drive thru speaker and, third, refusing to place my order at the window. Needless to say, I left without placing an order and will, now after this, never place so order at this location ever again. Poor customer service and very...

I had to force myself to give this place three stars. The only reason I gave them that much is because I'm hard core hooked on the frappes. I've reviewed this place before, and things haven't gotten any better. The food was good considering it's McDonald's. The frappes are the only reason I even come here anymore. The last TWO DAYS they overcharged me when I bought the 5 dollar box. It's supposed to have a choice of burgers, small fry, 4 mcnuggets and a small drink. Last night, they tried to charge me extra for the drink. Today, they did the same thing! Last night, the "manager" asked me if I wanted my money back. Yes, I want my money back. He seemed surprised. Today, I noticed it before they actually charged me. He couldn't explain why he had charged me extra for the drink. I'm not sure what kind of game they're running over there, but I don't appreciate it. So I'm not impressed with the service or the atmosphere. A general complaint is with their app. I'd prefer to stay home and order delivery. It costs more. A lot more. I swear if I order the frappes, the app tells me it's not available. But I guarantee you that if I get in the car and go up there, it's available. It's soooo annoying. Honestly, could they be any more lazy? I'm positive, that's why it's not available. They're too lazy to make it. If I wasn't hooked on it, McDonald's would be a part of my past life. Basically, this place sucks.

Updated review: There's still nothing good to say about this place. Their app still doesn't work correctly. It bugs me because you earn bonus points in the app every time you buy something. The points can be used to purchase free food. But if the app says it's not available, then you can't use your points. And it's extra irritating when you're forced to spend money on items you should be able to get for free. But lately, whenever I've ordered a frappe, they can't seem to make it correctly. It's still one star service, food and atmosphere. Save your money...

I placed a mobile order for curbside. I got held up and left a little later than I meant to, when I got to the curbside parking spot and tried to input the number, it gave me the loading screen. After waiting to see if it would work, I closed out the app and opened it again to try again. The app told me I would have to go inside or through the drive thru. As I’m attempting to see if I can still do curbside (ik apps can be weird and just wanted to mess with it for a moment) and employee comes out, confirms what order I’m here for, and then berates me for having not checked in, how could they know I’m here if I haven’t checked in. I attempt to explain that the app was messing up, I had just pulled in and had been messing with it when she had come out. I explained that i was about to go through the drive thru. She told me that the order was ready and she would bring it out, but that next time I had to check in. I was upset as I had just pulled in and was messing with the app, but was just going to let it go, I only wanted some fries to snack on while I drove home. Except she didn’t come back with my order. I tried to go inside to get it, but no one ever came up to the counter, despite the many employees working. I leave and pull into the drive thru, clearly upset. The employee at the pay window was nice. When I go to the pickup window, the manager comes over, and essentially says it’s my fault, as you have to check into a spot within 10min of placing the order, otherwise you have to go through the drive thru (which the app does not say, and it’s not like you can place an order to be delayed). She continued to talk over me as I attempted to explain why I was upset, (her employee berating me when I hadn’t been parked for more than a minute, who then never came back with my food, and being ignored when I attempted to go inside). I’ve worked food, I know it can be a lot, but I don’t see a anything I did wrong, and all I wanted...
