Where to begin??! From the moment my family walked in and requested tables for 13 we were greeted with attitude. We arrived early afternoon so its not as though we were asking to be served at closing time. One server passed us off to another as we asked for a description of menu items. Once the food arrived, one server was asking who's plate belong to whom. I guess we didn't answer quick enough because one lady said "HELLOOO"?! Maybe excuse me might work🤷 It was clear we were a bother and they were annoyed with our large group. I choose to stick it out as I did enjoy my fajitas & didnt want to make a bigger issue. But at checkout the cashier insisted on adding gratuity when we had already tipped in cash. I understand tipping is a part of the service industry but as a paying customer I ask for common courtesy. Our order did not have any extravagant request. The kids were well behaved and not running around or loud. SO WHY? Why treat us this way ? Be reminded that customers are the reason you have a job. We have visited this establishment many times b4 in smaller groups and will never return. We are happy to take our business and money to another establishment so we don't inconvenience this one again. Best of luck to anyone willing to roll the dice here.... Making my way thru Hutchins, I came to find a nice surprise... Paulina's is OPEN!

It came as a big surprise to me as they had close rather unceremoniously some time ago.

This place used to be THE Mexican restaurant to visit when close but started going downhill with the former managers.

Guess what?! It's under new management, and they couldn't have treated me better when I decided to go. The new manager, Lilly, was corteous and very professional.

They've taken all precautions in regards to COVID-19 so we only had a limited scope of what this place could fully offer in terms of dining-in.

Had camarones a la diabla and it was excellent. Food was tasty, service was good and prices were phenomenal.

Will recommend friends and family. Y'all...

They were very rude and even spoke rude thinks about me in Spanish. I am a black woman and they mentioned it while I was ordering and charged me more because of it. I almost spoke to them in Spanish to let them know that I understood what they were saying but I decided to give this review instead. Also, there were two other take out orders before mine and the cashier took their orders to them but when my order came out she just kept yelling for me to go get mine until I noticed they were yelling at me and I got up to get it. So many little things that added up to me feeling very dissatisfied. This place left a bad taste in my mouth. I will NEVER go...
