Short story: my daughter was getting her wisdom teeth extracted and I had an hour to kill. I was gonna grab her some bottled juice and then a quick coffee for me. Of course the location I went to was a new location and didn't have any juice ready to grab-n-go. I believe it was the owner/manager who staffed the new location. He was real kind and informative; maybe one too many ginger shots cus he seemed super hyper and made promises regarding service. He offered to call another location less than 5 mi away and told me that he could have the juice made and ready to pick up by the time I got there. When he was trying to show me the location on Google maps well first we couldn't find the location and I had to get the physical address from him. He was questioning why he was paying his marketing team when the other location wasn't coming up on Google maps when I was searching by name of the company. Regardless, by this point I was committed, I got to the other location and they had one staff member for the day. She was already what seemed like three orders deep not including mine. She told me how long the expected wait was and I figured since I had an hour I would just chill. I didn't want to make any comments regarding this but I do think it was rather slightly unprofessional, The third person there waiting for an order wasn't actually waiting for an order they were waiting for the one staff member to have a moment to sit down and eat tacos with them. While I'm waiting for my order this person is getting up and handing them a bag of tacos and then sitting back down and then telling them they'll go ahead and wait for them. I hear her ask him if he would like a juice! That was the only thing out of the whole scenario that really bothered me, The order was supposed to be ready when I got there and now she's putting orders in front of mine. The nicest part was then I got to customize the juice since it wasn't already made. Then there was confusion about the bottles. She had to call the owner/manager to ask if they were applying the two or three dollar fee per bottle. She comes back and says no we're waving the fee "and for some reason he's mad at me". I paid for my order and left. Basically the whole hour was spent waiting, I was pretty disappointed and was almost late picking her up. I really debated about leaving a review. I understand being a small business and the difficulties that may bring but this was just rather an unprofessional experience. I will not be going back to primal juice and smoothies at any of...
Read moreI had never been to Primal Juice & Smoothies before, but I’m so glad I stopped in! As soon as I walked through the door, I was warmly greeted by a friendly employee with a big smile behind the counter. She immediately made me feel welcome and took the time to explain that all of their smoothies are ice-based and made with real fruits and vegetables — no dairy, no yogurt, no weird additives — just all-natural goodness.
I ordered the “Kale Yeah” smoothie, and it was absolutely delicious! Refreshing, flavorful, and perfectly balanced — not too sweet and packed with vibrant greens. You could really taste the freshness in every sip. It was energizing without feeling heavy, and I left feeling great.
The whole vibe of the place was clean, calm, and inviting — a perfect spot for a healthy treat or post-workout refreshment. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more...

I like the warm friendly welcome from the new store staff. And the juiceologist herself works with you on what specific requests you have on your fresh juice or smoothie order. Other stores have cold pressed juice and you cannot customize them to your dietary requirements.
That's one of this juice bar's advantage, in addition to all fresh, organic ingredients that they make for you from scratch.
Your store schedule shows open, and we went only to find out it is close again. Please update your info on...
