We usually love this place. Unfortunately we aren't sure what our total will be or if we'll actually get our food. The food is good enough but everytime we go there's something up. One time we had to wait for them because they didn't get our order through the online system. Another time my SO had to wait another 20 minutes after the quoted ready time. This time I order, the worker gives me my total. Then my SO pays and it's more than what he told me over the phone. The worker had no solution or help for my SO and just offered a receipt that explains all the charges. Please don't give customers a total and then add to it when they get there to pick it up. That seems shady. I was very clear with the gentleman when I ordered I wanted. He even asked me when I ordered and I clarified. Also their menu and online prices and specials are not what they actually are, I have learned. According to the worker they have no control over what Google says. Which I understand, however their online menu makes you login and doesn't even give you option to create n account. So not sure how exactly your supposed to get an accurate manu and price online. Their food is decent enough. However, there are plenty of decent enough pizza places that I'll actually know what I'm getting...
Read moreI have ordered here for pick up a few times. They're usually late in making their orders. Usually have to wait 5-10 past their quote time. Their wings are decent with plenty of meat, but the sauce dries and the wings stick to the foil they're wrapped in, causing the skin and some meat to stick and burn against the foil when you pry it off. The pizzas are OK to good, especially for the price. Cheese and pepperoni are their best quality toppings. The rest of their meats have little flavor and their veggies taste generic from a can. They have a carryout special for a Large Pepperoni for $6.99 that's hard to beat and currently have a Wednesday special for a $4.00 Medium Pepperoni. I would advise staying away from their pasta entrees. Their spaghetti is generic, the lasagna is decent but flooded with sauce that's just OK, and their "chicken parmesan" is more like dry burned hard chicken nuggets mixed in with fidello instead of angel hair pasta and yes the same generic sauce. Their pepperoni bread is pretty good, but for the $6.99 price, hard to justify not getting a large pepperoni pie instead. I give this place 3 stars instead of 2 because they do Pepperoni pizza better than the national chains and at...
Read moreTo start, we only tried this place after a menu was placed on our door clip in our apartment complex.
My wife and I visited this place for the first time today and neither of us were impressed. Mediocre food at best. The food isn’t why I gave a 1 star review though, the one star is for the professionalism or lack of professionalism I should say. F bombs shouldn’t be part of your regular vocabulary at work, especially since there isn’t an actual door between the kitchen and the rest of the restaurant. I was appalled at the things I heard.
The gentlemen at the register was the one person there who seemed to understand the concept of good service.
When we were seated we were given ONE set of utensils and thankfully the set was wrapped in ONE napkin. We both shared it.
Also while our food was brought out the pizza pan came really close to touching my face. The extremely hot METAL pan. The guy who was placing it didn’t even say anything when he was bringing it he just put it on the rack. Had I moved an inch forward I’m sure I’d have a burn to show for it.
I really wish I could give this place a 0 but since that isn’t possible I guess a 1 will suffice. This is a warning. Stay away...
