After the first couple unpleasant experiences Iāve had at this location with their staff I wasnāt going to go there anymore. However since itās right around the corner and over 100 degrees outside I thought to give it a 4th shot. A 4th shot? But why? Silly me.
Once again was the customer service awful. The staff is awful at greeting. They rarely say thank you or anything really. They all seem to not want to be there which I understand because I would hate working there as well but at least be kind to those that are kind to you.
I asked for an item today and Santiago immediately told me they didnāt have it. Once I pulled up to pay for my original order I looked into the freezer they have inside and I saw the item he clearly said they didnāt have in stock. They had many. They looked unbothered so I didnāt say anything but took my receipt and left.
Also, why do all the employees there looked so stunned when you say yes to wanting a receipt? Are they trained to not give one out and to make it a hurdle to get one?...

I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt, however, it continues to disappoint. The last three times Iāve ordered from this location there has been an error or unrealistic wait time: 1) online order never processed or ready for pick up in time, 2) ordered a power punch plus and was given a strawberry something (not power punch plus; no banana was included), 3) this order- power punch plus tasted bland and chocolate hulk took a long time to make. No other customers were in the store or drive thru. When the smoothie and wait time was brought to the team members attention, they stated they needed to contact their manager then proceeded to start they could only refund one smoothie, not two (even though we were never given the 2nd one (hulk) to begin with. Multiple times a day am I told thereās no aƧaĆ bowls and then will see the person ahead of me get one. Iām SUPER POSITIVE the workers just donāt want to make them at this point. It also feels like thereās always just 1 person. You get to the speaker and it isnāt until the car at the window is gone will they answer you and take an order, then to wait an additional 30min to recieve the order. Theyāre also extremely rude about it and when you want to speak to a supervisor about the issue, he asks you 21 questions about the times and days you went as if not believing you. This is the worst location Iāve ever been to. I believe they need to fire some people and hire better workers. This weekend just set it off completely for me, really debating on never coming back to...
