I went here for lunch around 2pm yesterday. I placed & received my order from a young lady ...but I drove off w/o my debit card. That evening, around 6pm, I called to see if they had that card still. The gentleman I spoke to said he "checked both drawers" but didn't find a card he'd check w/ a manager later on. At 11:34pm I get a fraud alert on my card that someone tried to use it at a Redbox on Huebner. I deactivated the card.
This morning I called the store again to see if they had the card hoping the lady from yesterday was in. From what I could tell there was 2 ladies working. Through the phone I hear the following :: Lady 1: "What was the name on the card you had yesterday?" Lady 2: "I don't know ...its still in the drawer." Lady 1 to Me: "Please hold one second sir while I check."
Its pretty obvious to me that Jack in the Box did not secure that card properly, and one of their employees (likely on the evening on night shift) took my card and tried to use it down the road. I should not have left my card behind, but being a fast food place, they should have a better protocol for lost cards than just leave it in the drawer.
I was stolen from. I am extremely disappointed. Given all the bad reviews this place has I wonder if anyone at Jack in the Box cares... Who is this mysterious manager that doesn't work mornings, days, or nights? What kind of people are you hiring to staff your stores?

Read moreThe change is noticeable. Whatever happened in the past month has left me hungry for more. I used to only order a few, very few select items until my sister had me try a sourdough jack( one I used to avoid) . It was delicious!!!! The bread was grilled perfectly , not just semi warm or hard. Every bite was a pleasure to enjoy. The fries, golden, the tacos crisp and when I happened to go inside... clean. Whoever is grilling at night has taken a few moments to care about the customer. I guess everyone knows because there is a line every time I go and I have no problem waiting. Everyone from my workplace goes here and we seem to try to race each other to get there. If you have had a bad experience in the past then I suggest revisiting soon. We head there during the evening hours and have not been more ready for bedtime after a little overindulgence. I'm guessing a new crew is responsible because I don't see the familiar ones that used roll thier eyes at customers. I believe the manager Jennifer is doing a profound job and should be recognized for that. Great job guys. Great food. Welcoming attitudes. A clean kitchen and parking lot and the best of all ...consistently...

I have tried to get a hold of the Manager from that store no answer they let the phone ring and ring I called about 50 times that day and that’s not over exaggerating so I had to call another Jack-in-the-Box for the district managers phone number as shown in the text … she has yet to reply four days later…. This is beyond ridiculous ….. so I thought I could go through Uber and get this fixed …. According to Uber they spoke to Jack in the box the GM they told me said that she personally made that order …. So I asked if I can go pick up what I was missing and get a fresh order tacos because I can’t have cheese….. or at least go pick up the patty I was missing … and as shown in the messages I am allergic to cheese any dairy product and in my order I specifically said no cheese please and what do you know there was cheese the meat from the tacos wasn’t even in the taco …. They are beyond rude at this restaurant ….. and that’s because I used to run the Jack-in-the-Box back where I’m from !!!!! So best believe I’m gonna keep going until this gets fixed….!!!!!!!...
