Worst experience EVER at a Starbucks. I get the same drink almost everyday. They wanted to charge me a dollar more for sugar-free vanilla. When I asked why it's more and that I get the same drink EVERY day. He said well I don't care about every other Starbucks, but that's how we do it at this Starbucks. My husband said, Son, you need to learn some customer service skills. He gave a thumbs up and laughed. The manager, Michael, wasn't available. Horrible representation of Starbucks service and even more horrible that his customer bse is the military population. You never know who is on the other side of that counter, especially on a base. When I asked the other employee what his name was, she told me she couldn't disclose that information and that he wasn't wearing a name tag.
