A few weeks ago I ordered a Pink Drink and the associate informed me they were out of the strawberry pieces that go in the drink but it would “taste the same.” I like my fruit pieces in this drink so I asked if they have the pineapple pieces. She said they did. I asked if she could swap the strawberry pieces they were out of for the pineapple pieces. She said they could. When I get my drink, there is no fruit in it at all. I almost just let it go, but I noticed that she CHARGED me $0.80 to add the pineapple. Why in the world would I be charged for this since the drink that I paid full price for was missing one of the key ingredients? Why should I be punished for that? I didn’t have time to argue. Further insult, I then only get a couple of pineapple pieces added to my drink.
A few days ago I ordered the same drink, a Pink Drink, and upon receiving my drink, I noticed there was literally only 1 piece of strawberry. Before I could say anything, my husband grabs the drink and asks for more strawberries. The associate gets an attitude and says “yeah, the drink only comes with 1 scoop and sometimes they are small scoops.” He tells me what she says after she added maybe 5 more small pieces. I get confused because I am pretty sure the drink comes with more than 1 scoop because I used to order these in the app at other locations and knew that I could even add an extra scoop for no extra charge. Even if it was just 1 scoop, come on, 1 strawberry piece. It looks nothing like the picture advertising the drink. Completely unreasonable. I then go into my app and I see my order history. I see something that makes my blood BOIL. This location has been modifying the drinks I order without my consent. For example, the pink drink’s standard recipe for a trenta is 2 scoops of strawberries. They modified it to say I wanted only 1 scoop. My trenta vanilla sweet cream cold brew comes with 4 pumps of vanilla syrup. They modified it to say I only wanted 1 pump of vanilla syrup.
And they have done this every. single. time. How is...
Read moreI took a while to leave this review to make sure this wasn't a one time thing. Over several months of ordering the same thing both here and at other Starbucks franchises, I've decided that there is something wrong with the milk. They either do not keep it refrigerated between making drinks, or it is expired. When ordering a drink with milk at this location, I would have my entire world upended as only a mere few hours later I would find myself grasping onto the nearest toilet to keep myself seated as the explosive diarrhea attempted to send me to orbit. This is an issue that is exclusive to this location as this has never been a problem after ordering from other Starbucks locations. In addition, other friends and coworkers have explained to me that they have experienced the same outcome after ordering from this location. 0/10, would not recommend, especially if the drink you are ordering contains dairy. Staff...
Read moreI love the convenience of the location and typically when I visit, I don't have to wait long and my coffee usually taste just fine. My concern is with the loud, personal conversations among the staff. I would be sitting in the lounge area, drinking my coffee and reading/writing, only to be disturbed by SUPER inappropriate topics and curse words bring yelled in a [now not so private] conversation occurring behind the counter. I was more disappointed, than mad. I enjoy coming to this location, but I feel that the staff needs to be a bit more professional, more mindful of their surrounding, and more aware of what is/isn't...
