I have to advise everyone to not go during night hours. I walked in there with no greeting, so I proceeded to say a simple hello, to which was completely unanswered as the employee just ignored it. This same person was sitting at a dining booth, with headphones on her ears, with her feet up on the booth. ZERO professionalism. She finally made her way to the back to take my order, which was just as horrible as the first impression. ZERO customer service, ZERO motivation or desire to work there, and ZERO manners. I was unable to get her name as she was not wearing any type of name tag which I know is the standard procedure for Subway employees to have at all times as they are serving customers.
I gave them a second chance, and went back 4 days later just in case. It was more of the same, only this time I ended up getting her partner "Jazmin". While Jazmin wasn't wearing any headphones, her lack of friendliness, professionalism, and initiative is JUST AS HORRIBLE as the other employee. I will not be coming back to this location during these hours to avoid these personnel.
Lastly, there is no excuse why HALF of the store is closed when there is still almost two hours...

I check the status of it an hour after ordering as there had been no update, and it is marked as delivered. I check my door, and nothing is there. I call the store and am told the food is still at the store, and thay Subway doesn't offer delivery, despite having paid for it. I request a refund if they're not going to deliver the food. I request a manager and am told there is not one available. I ask for franchise information and am told that they're not permitted to provide that info. I was told to call Doordash or Grubhub as they handle the delivery. Doordash is mentioned on the email. Contacting Doordash redirected me to the store since this was not our through the Doordash app. So far, the highest authority to answer on this is a manager who told me they wouldn't refund me because the franchise owner didn't permit refunds if they made the food. Read moreThe employee asked what I wanted for my order and I asked for artisan bread with Provolone cheese. She asked me if I wanted any other sandwiches I said no and then proceeds to ask my guess what sandwich they want. At the moment when she’s getting him his bread, she disrupts her duties of taking an order for re-organizing and arranging other equipment by touching the doors and handles. Then cross contaminating by using the same gloves instead of switching them out to continue on with the order. I realize that she used the wrong cheese I told her and she proceeds to be defensive and tell me that well usually we continue with the order and I told her no I ask her for provolone cheese and that’s the sandwich that I requested and always get. my bread is hard to chew. No good quality service and I won’t be coming here again. Repeating orders...
