SERVICE The older short Hispanic lady was very curt. Monotone and as if it was a struggle to take my order. Shevgorgot to give me a drink cup. She asked if my order was for here or to-go I replied it is for here. My order came in a to-go bag. Bags do cost and She wasted one.
In most restaurants. bonuses are tied to sales/ profits. She can help her bottom line by saying the bags on dine-in orders by putting items on a tray.
FOOD The food was below average because it was lukewarm. I ordered 2 tacos and 1 cheesy bean & rice burrito. Hot food should be hot!
ATMOSPHERE The restaurant is small and the music was way too loud. So loud it's annoying. The air-conditioner temp must be set at 55°. Way too cold, even though the outside temp is 95+. I know employees feel warmer in the kitchen but, don't let customers shiver in the eating area. When addressing staff in the kitchen, tone it down. The diners don't need to hear the manager ring at them. Also, she might get better responses from her staff if she addressed issues in a reasonable vocal tone and smiled sincerely. When she took my order, she had a look like someone had had pi--ed in her Post Toasties.
Not being a hard _ss. Just giving g a Frakes review and suggestions for some improvement. Up the game at this location.
Look forward to seeing how things are on my next visit. Crave me some Taco Bell from time to time.

Got home to see what I ordered because their drive-through sign you can hardly see what anything says it is so so small print. I paid $14 for one burrito and one taco oh and a bag of crumbs on the side went back for a refund gentleman is all that is what you get a burrito, a taco and some nacho chips,u mean those crumbs in that bag I’m like bro if you think about it that’s two of your hourly employees wages seven dollars for burrito and seven dollars for a taco pays for two of your hourly employees wages so that is what your employees are worth to you hourly is one burrito and one taco get the hell out of here you know damn well I got my money back for a $7 burrito and seven dollars for a taco what the hell is wrong with this company? I’m surprised they haven’t closed this doors won’t be back here again…. you can always tell the companies that don’t care about their customers because they do not reply to the comments they’re like oh well you came in we got your money who cares… Manager parks me for eight minutes for one burrito, one taco and a bag of crumbs smh… if you think about it if I would’ve bought two burritos and two tacos that would’ve been $28...
Read moreI went through the drive thru and ordered the large pack of crispy tacos. The only thing I asked was to have the tacos disassembled because the shells get soggy. I have done this MANY times before at other locations and never had an issue. Unfortunately I didn't check the order because I was running late for an appointment. We got home 2 hours later and I immediately went to the kitchen to warm up the meat and shells. THERE WAS NO MEAT in the bag! I called and spoke to the manager. He told me that he was sorry and that we could come by and get it replaced. I explained to him that we only go to town once a month because we're disabled and only go to town when we have a doctor's appointment plus we live way too far just to go back because of gas. He said we could get it next month as long as we had the receipt and his name. We went back 3 weeks later and , SURPRISE, we couldn't get crap. We even spoke to the same manager that I spoke to on the phone. He denied everything. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION...
