Taqueria Los Dos Laredos — Restaurant in San Antonio

Bad experience overall, waitress was subpar, and the cook was beyond subpar. My friend ordered a Mexican burger, but asked the waitress what it contained, and she said very little to what the burger had. So when the plate was brought to her, it contained jalapeños which the waitress made no mention to her of. Granted it's a Mexican burger, but my friend did ask what it had. My friend asked for it to be remade without the jalapeños, which the waitress reluctantly did, only to hear the cook in the back shout out in Spanish translated to "how the hell does she not know there's not any jalapeños in the burger" yelling to where everyone in the restaurant heard. Then 15 seconds later get the burger back, not remade, still with the jalapeños. And to top it off, the waitress was basically nonchalant about that. When my friend told her what it still had, the waitress made no effort to replace order or refund partial or entirely until my friend demanded some part refund since she didn't eat the burger...

Horrible experience in all, turned my appetite off from this whole...

I got a carné asada parrillada from fajita and chicken fajita it comes it shrimp but I switched to grilled sausage when the waitress brought me the food to my table it had more grilled sausage then fajita some food was cool some was very hot tortillas de harina not good they get hard and break when you are eating your tacos I ask the waitresses if she wanted a taco she told me that only when the food is fresh sometimes the food being there for a week I don't know that if that's a fact or not I just put what I see what I hear and what I taste but the waitress was very nice some homeless people do go but the people that work there just kick them out in total I pay was $23 for the parrillada and a mex cola I think that's a bit much for just that but everyone is different maybe I'll go back because of the good service and try something else and see what happens on my next but I don't think it's going to be soon and I live...

I ve been going to this restaurant pretty much every morning on my way to work since Feb. I use the drive thru. They have given me the incorrect order twice already but i didn't realize it until I got to work. I've called once when I was over chargers for tacos I didn't order and went thru a hassle. Today I ordered a beef fajita plate thinking they couldn't possible get it wrong. I get to work and when I open the plate...it's not beef fajita. And it has what I thought were green beans but was cut up cactus which I do not eat. I called and spoke to the manager and she refused to replace my order saying they don't replace orders but next time she will make sure my order is correct. I told her there will be no next time if she couldn't replace this order and she said ok thank you and hung up. Bad business!
