Read the reviews before ordering from this place. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had while ordering ice cream (mangonadas) from a āfamily-owned business.ā. It was my fault because I didnāt take the time to read the hundreds of bad reviews they have about their bad services, rude staff, and unwillingness to satisfy their customers needs. Me and my girlfriend placed an order for two mangonadas. I ordered the regular mangonada, but I received just the mango ice cream without the actual pieces of the mango fruit. However, I didnāt complete it. My girlfriend ordered a mango-watermelon mangonada as advertised on their menu, and she ended up receiving just watermelon ice cream and was told that it didnāt include the mango.
I was very cool with the staff members, the Latino guy that was taking orders in the front and the African-American guy that was making the order in the back. I politely told them that my regular mangonada was good, but the mangonada-watermelon that my girlfriend ordered was wrong because it was missing the mango. Kindly, I asked if they could just take two cups of watermelon and add two cups of mango since thatās what we ordered. Sadly, the Latino guy told us that they couldnāt modify the order, even though it was their mistake. If I wanted the watermelon-mangonada, I had to place a new order and pay for it again, and they could not refund me for the mistake they made. At that time, I was very upset and requested a full refund because they refused to give us what we ordered. The African-American guy was extremely rude and yielded, stating that it was not their mistake and that they couldnāt refund us because the transaction was below $30.00. Dude, you guys are using Square as a POS; of course you can make refunds.
Apparently, a guy who was also ordering knew the owner and reached out to me because he saw that it was very unfair how the staff members treated us. He advised me to come back and assured me that that wouldnāt happen again.
Lastly, we will never come back to this place, even if the owner offers us a full refund. Please read the reviews before ordering from this place. We stopped by to support a small, family-owned business. Please consider training your current staff member or hiring new and...

Then when I called the store and spoke to Jose that I would be sending my husband for them to remake the corn in the cup with no chile he said ok. When my husband arrived he was very rudely spoken to by an African american that did not disclose his name, and he refused to remake it. He wanted my husband to repay for it when they made the mistake and doordash refused to refund me. My husband refused to pay for it and my husband said that the man yelled at Jose and forced himto pay for it because that it was Jose that made it. I will not be supporting this store anymore, that is ridiculous and breaking the law to force an employee to pay for an item that they made a mistake on. This man wasnāt even ashamed or embarrassed for his behavior towards Jose or the customer my husband. The reason we went to the store was because DoorDash was going to take 24 hours to decide if we would be refunded or not so we went to the store instead and never again will I buy from here anymore. Oh by the way Jose has excellent customer service but the other guy is going to repel your customers. I hope the owner sees this because your staff is breaking the law by forcing Jose pay for our item that he made a mistake on. You cannot do that. Ā Ā Ā Read more1st time visiting this place and unfortunately it'll be the last time as well. I went in for a funnel cake, fruit cup and nachos. The funnel cake was sub-par. You could taste the old cooking oil in it. It tasted charred but wasn't over cooked and it was stale. I asked for a fruit cup of only watermelon and received a watermelon cup with all the chamoy and Lucas on it. Informed him that I only asked for watermelon and he informed me that all cups come served this way. So I had to pay for another cup of watermelon. Not to mention that if you choose 1 fruit for your cup there's an up-charge for it. Not only did he not even acknowlede his mistake I had to pay for it- literally. I paid $30 for 1 bag of nachos, 1 funnel cake, 1 parfait cup, and 2 watermelon fruit cups. Never again. I'll drive further for better service...
