A pretty average Mexican restaurant, nothing too little, nothing too big; it’s in a sort of comfortable range. Food: 7.5/10 The tacos were about above average, definitely pretty good quality, and the portions are a little larger than normal Service: 8/10 The service was pretty standard, our waitress was nice and came to offer refills. She did make a slight mistake in our order but it’s nothing too crazy to complain about; she’s still very good at what she does Atmosphere: 8/10 Pretty much what you’d expect a larger Mexican restaurant chain, it’s definitely more visually appealing than your standard mom and pops shop, and larger too. And it’s also very clean! Affordability: 7.5/10 It’s pretty affordable here, it might be a little more expensive than most places, but it’s still cozy enough not to fret about. TLDR: A great Mexican restaurant, definitely above average!

First of all, I had to keep asking the waitress for utensils and condiments because she didn't bring them to me when I sat down. I had to ask her for them several times. 2. She never checked to see if I needed anything during my visit. 3. The food was bland. No flavor. 4. The hot sauce wasn't hot. 5. The chips and salsa they served me when I first arrived were nasty. 6. Finally, when I went to pay and the manager/ cashier was very rude to me. She accused me of recording her argument with the customer in front of me when he was paying his check. He was an old man and she, the manager/cashier, gave that poor old man a very difficult time. I'll never eat there again!

I remember eating at their Fredericksburg location 15+ years ago. Ate at the 2919 Blanco Rd location. This location does not serve alcohol and the menus said Sandra’s🤷🏻‍♀️ Which was confusing. Either way I had the Chili relleno plate, my mom had cheese enchiladas and hubby had the chicken fajita Mexicans plate. They agreed the food was decent. The meat in the Relleno had no flavor. The ranchero sauce was spicy & tasty, but I got it on the side. I did this, because a good tasty relleno doesn’t need sauce. Unfortunately I needed the sauce to finish eating the Relleno. Server was very polite and quick.

Why do I keep giving this place a chance? Oh I know why because in the morning I'm lazy and don't want to get dressed so I go thru the drive thru...but I still end up having to circle around ,go inside and get whatever item they are missing today. I started checking the bag immediately and started to catch what was missing before driving away.. seriously 8 out of 10 times. Smh. Today they were busy and the line was long so I didn't check while in the drive thru line. I pulled over and 4 tacos were missing. 4!!! They even started a new policy awhile back that if you left you could no longer call and get the missing item on your next visit. Lol they must have thought there were too many "fake" calls. No your staff really makes that many mistakes. It wasn't always this way but about 2 years ago the service went down hill. .exponentially. it seems like they have new management but again all I get is, "sorry about that." Give a five dollar gift card so you can keep track of how many mistakes you make. Dear owner, if you gave $5 comp cards for every mistake that your staff made you would realize really fast that something needs to change. That management needs to oversee and micro manage until your staff realizes they need to be vigilant and efficient at the same time. Your business is all about customer satisfaction and bringing them back. Your reviews here are not too great. I learned my lesson. That's why I shouldn't be lazy and not want to walk 30 steps into Plaza's right across the street which has never...

The food was delicious. I think they have the best pancakes. They are just the perfect sweetness that I don't even put syrup on them, just butter. I'm not a fan of overly sweet food (syrup). The eggs were better this time than in the past. I'm not a fan of thick bacon. I like it crispy, not chewy like jerky. This was the first time I didn't like the service. We sat down at one of the only booths available. It was dirty and when the waitress came she just set everything down and asked us what we wanted to drink. I had to ask her to please clean the table. She wiped it with a soaking wet rag that left the table soaked. I had to use napkins to dry it. We ordered the pancake platter that clearly says in the menu that you can get a choice of potatoes, ham, or bacon. The waitress walked away as I was ordering. I expected her to come back and ask us what we wanted, but no she came back with both our plates with potatoes. So now we had to order a side of bacon as she insisted that the platter came with potatoes. I asked for orange juice which comes in a bottle. In the past the waitress has always brought me a glass of ice with it. Not...

The reviews seem to be good here but they are all older so perhaps things have changed. Ordered two items, one picadillo taco and an menudo. it was to go so my husband brought the food home. he had his taco and found a huge long almost braided looking piece of hair as he was halfway done with it. I procedeed to eat my menudo I was a bit cautious but thought I would give it a chance. I bit into my first bite and it was gelatanous and felt like I was eating meat flavored jello. disgusting. I have had menudo many places and am aware it is different everywhere but I have never had a bowl that i could not eat. I thought it was maybe that one piece but every bite got worse. I asked my husband to try it incase it was just me and his first instinct was to spit it out in the trash. We called and were offered no refund due to the fact the taco was eaten even though we did not find the hair until it was almost done. We were offered more of their disgusting menudo and just gave up. We have had items in the past that were ok but if you enjoy good quality menudo and customer service do...
