I wish we didn't waste our money here. Today, I ordered the baja chicken wrap, and my husband ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap. Both of us received mostly lettuce in our wraps and barely any other ingredients. Neither of us received the dressing on our wraps. There was the smallest portion of avocado on my wrap that I had to take apart to even find. I don't understand why I paid $20 for two wraps filled with lettuce. I won't be back. The tables were not being wiped down at all and were very sticky and full of crumbs. The customer service wasn't great either because we could barely hear our cashier speak to us. Read moreThis is an amazing location. The staff that greeted and served us was very friendly and considerate. We asked a few questions, and Lena was kind and patient to answer them. When they called my name for the food, they mispronounced it. I think Lena let her coworker know how to pronounce it, and they called it correctly for my drinks. We get the Island Green and add ginger. This time, I tried the Watermelon Mojito because Lena said she likes it. The Chipotle Chicken Club for our food. Everything was delicious and perfect. For pretty much all of the negative reviews, those customers should have done the research on the location before ordering.
