Whataburger — Restaurant in San Antonio

① Bottom line: DO NOT frequent this establishment after 10:00㏘ on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. ② Having said that, the menu items are great tasting. The burgers, fries and shakes are delicious. In fact, the salted caramel shake it nearly indescribably delicious. The steakhouse chop burger is arguably one one the best tasting burgers from a chain hamburger place. ③ This particular location is sub-par because of the antics and peace-disturbing behavior of the teenagers and recent high school graduates late nights and early morning hours on the weekends. Those people nearly terrorize employees and significantly disrupt the dining environment for all customers. Such antics include throwing partially eaten burgers, fries and shakes on the floor as well as creating unnecessary messes on the customer tables. ④ When I asked employees present how often this type of outrageous behavior happens, invariably they answer that it is a weekly occurrence and that management simply must tolerate these antics because finding reliable employees at that location is exceedingly difficult. ⑤ Eating at this establishment during daylight is pleasant and enjoyable; nighttime is an altogether different issue fraught with observing neighborhood...

This location on Wilderness oak was awesome. This was my first time going into this location and my first time having Whataburger breakfast food. The young lady that greeted me as soon as I came in the door name was Angie. She gave this spot 5 stars at “Hello” for me. It’s 8:30 am and I am headed to work and I am tired. She was nice, she said good morning and she smiled. She explained to me all the breakfast menu choices with no hesitation when I told her it was my first time in there and my first time having breakfast. The spot was clean and Angie was very sociable as I waited for my food which came out hot and in no time. She shook my hand and said hope to see you again and I told her she most definitely would on my route to work . I pass McDonald’s, Burger King and Wendy’s on my way to work everyday but if I want good food and great customer service with a smile for now on I’ll be stopping at this Whataburger. Because Angie didn’t act like she was made at the world and that’s the type of personality I love to see first thing in the morning. Good Job Angie!...

So I’m positive I was given old coffee… it tasted so bitter and unlike it’s ever tasted before. I’m shocked. If you guys aren’t going to make a fresh pot, then don’t offer coffee all day please. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Some of us have jobs that have us working late hours. I’d rather wait for fresh good coffee than be given old coffee especially when I’m going through the drive-thru for that only. Y’all weren’t very busy, either. Normally, I would have gone in and let y’all make it right, but I had my dog and groceries in my car. Just disappointed bc y’all always come through and I was REALLY enjoying your coffee- especially the iced! Also, I’m only here on Google bc I wasn’t given a receipt but I think other people that have evening jobs need to be stood up for. Being a place that’s open 24hrs, I feel you understand where I’m coming from. Do better. Please fix this, thanks, or I guess I’ll be going...
