Wicho's Mexican Deli — Restaurant in San Antonio

Got 2 12oz white corn elote cups, I'm a fan of elote and I go to different places for elote so I try to find which place I love better,I've gone to a few LOVED places such as; la postreria SA on Culebra road, fabitos over on military dr, La Sandia on Callaghan road, Tropicana ice cream on Marbach, and coco loca on Marbach, that's just a few I've had yellow AND white corn cups, and they are ALWAYS SO HOT , sometimes you even have to wait for the cup to cool down. and so I was around the area decided to go here and got 2 12oz white elote cups everything extra *I ALWAYS GET EXTRA EVERYWHERE I GO, and when we received them I already felt something off as I didn't feel any heat through the Styrofoam witch is what you typically get them in and so I kept playing around with it toppings tasted good had no issue, but when I went to bite 2 spoonfuls of corn it was hard, it was stale, u had no fresh crunch it was as if I was chewing cardboard,cloth, something I can't chew down and swallow, and it was not hot AT ALL. I then go inside and waited and lady wondered what was wrong and I said "I'm I'm sorry to be that customer, but both of our cups are not hot and your Corn is really hard and stale, SHE COULD NOT EVEN DO THE BARE MINIUM TO ATLEAST HEAT IT UP FOR ME ,tried gaslighting me saying it's cause I added extra, as if I don't always do that EVERYWHERE, she then goes and tells me "no, no good it's good, if you put corn on your hands it would burn you" Mrs mam? I asked the bare minimum and rudely got declined and gaslighted ,if your corn was "hot" why was I able to pour it into my hands like you suggested? :[ will not be coming here as they refuse refunds and even refuse to do the bare minimum of reheating up our corn. I was honestly excited to try this place out, and I understand that things take time to make. My thing was I asked how long the wait would be and was ignored and I should've seen that as a red flag but I was excited and over looked it. I ordered 2 can big reds, 2 hot dogs and 1 corn cup. It took over 45 mins! Then when I went to ask how much longer I was ignored and over heard, "Mira esta nina nomas no. Nomas compro soda y elote y esta chingando!" (Look at this girl. The food is no doubt hella delicious! BUT the customer service is not good. We waited 20 mins before we were even approached. When we tried to get the worker's attention before we were tended to, he blew us off. After ordering our food, we got it a little bit at a time, which was another no go because we had 5 orders. We got our last order 25 mins after our initial order.
