Where to begin, vacationing in S A this past weekend my wife looked under google reviews for breakfast, and this place showed up not far from our stay in downtown. On Saturday 7/28/2018 about 9:am we decided to try it out. After entering and walking to a table, the entire floor was sticky, everyone step made the sticky sound (the staff must not use clean water & soap to mop) we let that slide. Jacqueline was our server that morning, I don't blame her fully for the bad quality of the drinks & food. After serving our drinks (wife ordered a coffee) my wife notices a grease line floating on top that's mixed in with the coffee & water. My wife called Jacqueline showed her the grease line and asked for another cup of coffee. At that time our ordered had been place, so Jacq brought another cup of coffee and the same happen (Must not change out the dish water periodically) so, my wife asked for a water instead (unhappy now, but we were on a schedule that morning), after bringing out our food (I ordered the migas) my wife noticed my sliced potatoes and one of them was black, like raw black so I put it to the side and the rest of my potatoes were dry, like a crinkled dry very unappetizing. My wife started to eat her order and after a few bites she bit on something small and hard, (part of the sausage they used that was mixed in with her eggs) that she showed me, and I again had to call Jacqueline to show her our complaint. So we were un happy, our kids didn't even want to touch their order so I got up to go pay and leave. Didn't have time to complain as we were trying to get to six flags to beat the lines. As I was paying, Jacqueline rang me up, and she noticed our plates were still full and she stated in a sympathetic way "ya didn't like it huh" Haha.. bad management, very bad cooks, I really don't see how this place got almost 4 stars, ALL this actually happen this past Sat morning and today is 7/31/18. Okay. So on april 29 of 2023 at 11:22AM. I stopped by the drive through to place an order. I order several tacos but two at the end were beef fajita. I specifically told the order taker not to add onions. When it got home there was onions on my two tacos that cost me 4 $ each. I called to speak to a manager and a person by the name of Gisele answered and indicated that she was the manager. After I complained about my wrong order she said she had taken the order and that she did it right. She gave me an acctitude and hong up the phone on me leaving me talking on the phone. I called back and another person answered the phone. I asked again to speak to a manager and she told me there was not one available. I explained to her the mistake and she indicated that she would refund me but the acctitude from the first one was horrible. The food is great here. Service is also great most of the time. Today was the exception. I called at 11:33AM and ordered 4 pozoles, but when I got there at 11:55AM I was told they were not ready that I'd had to wait. Immediately I asked for my money back and was denied. The lady made at least 4 different excuses which were pure lies. I had no choice but to wait. Finally I got the 4 pozoles at 12:14PM, 41 minutes after ordering . It seemed ok to me it's Saturday and they're busy. Anyhow as I got back to the workplace I notice they only included 2 spoons(the order was 4 pozoles) for 4 persons. I want to believe this last was not done on purpuse.

Note: I was trying to save time, and for it to go smooth for both parties, but ended up wasting more time than necessary.

Owners/management. : looks like it's time to expand. According to google maps patrons wait 20-40 minutes at your business to get served. Which is a lot of time in this time and age. I would like to see one more "Mi...
