Francis Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in San Benito

This is the last time I go to this restaurant!!! First of all those 2 women are indeed just plain rude. Not even a freaking good morning. They go up to u and ask que van a tomar in a very rude way as if they don't even wanna work there. I understand we all have our days but if u do not have that customer service at least fake it. Then they don't even consider our good morning as I was raised to be courteous to others. I kept going to that restaurant because I thought the menudo and breakfast tacos were great in my opinion but today was the last of it. Maybe for me is more of a customer service deal. As we were getting up to pay I saw a sign on inside of door, mention not the outside before coming in that it was cash only. So why not even let us know it will be cash only. And yes as I saw on other reviews they only choose who they wanna say hello to. I wonder if the owner running that restaurant knows how their staff work. And again it'smy opinion....

The food is always great here. Just the customer service are so unhappy. When your asking for something they will literally bring it back with attitude. Like wth we are paying for it.

On 10/17 i went for breakfast with my husband and son. My son is Autistic and ADHD Kid. He was touching a plant that is under the tv. The lady started saying on the other end of the restaurant "No no no, esa no me la toques." I did get mad because he was just "exploring" the leaves from the plant. Never did he harm the plant. I got angry and walked out. I know it's their restaurant but honestly if you don't whant no one to touch the plants atleast put a sign or remove them. Some kids will understand when told no but in my case my child does not, due to his diagnosis. (We had just ordered, she only brought the beverages.) We did not...

First time, had 36 minutes to wait for my close to come out of the washer so I walked over next door to the restaurant. Great service very clean place very polite and informative service I needed to get my food fast and it was 7 minutes and t was in front of me, I had two over easy huveos rancheros with potatoes and refried beans, tortillas and the best hot green salsa I have eaten since I arrived to this area cold sweet tea to wash it down with. Five stars minimum, ill be looking forward to washing my ( ropa ) again so I can try something else next time. Thank you it was great service I loved it. George...
